Contains updates on mansion renovations and quotes from RZ's attorneys about the case.

Rudoy told News 8 that the San Diego County Sheriff still has not returned some of Zahau's personal belongs to the family, like her camera, computer or cell phone. He said the Sheriff did make the cell phone available for an independent forensic inspection by an expert hired by the family. That forensic report still is not complete, Rudoy said.

That is what I thought... how could she get there so quickly on the 11th? Unless it was a scheduled visit.

Nina herself stated in her 2-hour long phone interview with CBS8 that she arrived on July 11, 2011 Monday in the evening to Coronado, SD. She also stated in the same interview that Rebecca picked her up from the airport and Rebecca handed her Rebecca's cellphone to navigate them to the hospital. (Nina made no mention of her own son or Rebecca's sister XZ being in the car in this interview).

At audio 00:01:00 Nina says specifically "Rebecca picked me up from the airport Monday night."

In same phone interview, Nina says at audio 00:03:20 that "Rebecca asked me 'Are you good with directions?' and she handed me her cellphone."

Was what Nina saying true - that Rebecca needed Nina to navigate to them from the airport to the hospital? I don't know. But that is what Nina stated in phone interview. So Nina admitted to getting her fingerprints on Rebecca's cellphone. And we know that someone deleted the 12:50am Wednesday voicemail from Rebecca's cellphone the night Rebecca was found dead.
