That pic was posted March 6th, and one month later she's gone. From what I'm gathering about him, he was always trying to hit on females. I wonder if she got sick of it and wanted to break up.

It could be, but I'm wondering if she OD'd and he panicked. If he's still on probation and doing drugs, that might explain why he didn't call 911.

He might've been too drunk or wigged out and panicked. I guess anything is possible. Autopsy and tox reports might shed some light on her cause of death. (I'm curious about a fb comment she made a long awhile back about good thing for adrenaline shots and hating heroin. Don't know what she meant.)

Noticed a funding site was started for her burial expenses. Haven't heard how much family she has around, but I'm sure this was horrifying news to hear.

I agree that the photo posted on her FB looks like it could be inside the Chadwick.

I have not seen any police cars there since late Wednesday. That doesn't mean they have/are not doing so, only that I haven't seen or heard anything there.

That one picture of them together in the mirror is the only one of them together that I've seen. One pic in maybe six months on her fb? Even that pic has a comment that he was trying to score other chicks. I honestly don't know what she was doing with this guy. She deserved better treatment, IMO.

I'm not sure I'd trust any man wearing a "I M King" hat, but I wish all narcissists were forced to wear one so I'd know to avoid them.

When you think about it, the pic Shauna posted of them was probably helpful to LE right off. I also noticed within the list of likes someone most likely his bro. I feel sorry for his family too.

I'm trying to figure Joshua Palmer out. He doesn't strike me as the kind of guy to put a dead girl in a suitcase, let alone kill her. There's not much to go on, except FB posts. There's nothing there that seems violent to me, and I've seen plenty of verrrry sketchy FB pages in my sleuthing. To me he seems immature, needy and looking for a permanent relationship, based on his posts. Although he has 859 FB friends, very few even "like" his posts, let alone comment on them. One post about wanting a hug and asking people to "like" the post to send a hug had NO responses. If he hadn't just been arrested for murder, I'd almost feel a little sorry for the guy. Or is that his MO?

Shauna seemed needy too, so I wonder if that drew them together. I sense some sweetness and loneliness in both of them. I wonder if they were just friends-with-benefits, rather than an actual couple. Or was one of them more invested in their relationship than the other, leading to Shauna's death. Was it an accident, covered up?

Of course, unlikely people can do unexpectedly brutal things. Who is Joshua Palmer, really? If he did kill Shauna and put her body in a suitcase...what led up to it? I hope her autopsy will shed some light on her tragic death.

33 years old.
From Yorba Linda, which is a little northeast of Disneyland in Orange County.
Went to Dallas Baptist University in TX.
Worked at The Old Spaghetti Factory (as did Shauna).
Signed up for Landmark Education August 2015--personal development, relationship courses.
A friend asked last November if he was in NC, presumably North Carolina.
On probation for a DUI (link in one of the articles upthread).
He never mentions Shauna on FB, that I can find.

I mentioned my doubts about the nature of their relationship in my post a few minutes ago. One other point I noticed is that they are not "recently added" friends on each other's pages. I don't know how long ago that means they became FB friends though. I assume they knew each other from work some time before they went clubbing March 6.

I have not seen any other mentions of Joshua Palmer on Shauna's page other than the two you linked. He never mentions her that I can see, unless he deleted things before his name was known. His last post was in November.

Already spent a good amount of time looking for her on Instagram. Found a family members IG but it was private. I'll look to see if he has any more SM.
