Scars/Marks: None mentioned
Circumstances: The deceased was discovered by climbers about 400 feet from the summit of Mt. Tressider in Yosemite National Park. He is described as looking "hippie like", and had "long, heavy black hair." He was found nude, but trousers were found several feet above the body. It could not be confirmed if it belonged to him. It is estimated he died within weeks to a few months prior to being discovered.

Autopsy results showed a fractured ankle and crushed chest. LE suspected that he could have suffered from a fall. Official cause of death was listed as exposure.

Unfortunately, if he was a hippie, due to the high amount of hippie transients during the 60's, I find it unlikely that his family was looking for him, probably assuming he just cut off contact to live an alternative lifestyle. Perhaps they are looking for them now but this case seems like one that will need to be solved with DNA.
