Canada - Brantford, Ontario, LE baffled by pool of blood found near trail.

"Police in Brantford are mystified by a pool of blood found underneath an old railway bridge Tuesday.

The forensics unit confirmed the blood, about half a litre, is human.

The alarming discovery was made by people walking in the area. The bridge is often used by pedestrians crossing the Grand River".

How strange. Never heard of hunting for someone based on finding blood without a body but so glad LE did get involved and this gentleman will be okay.
