The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.
Laura Babcock, 23, was last seen on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at 9 p.m., in the Queen Street
West/Roncesvalles Avenue area.
She is described as white, 5'10", 150 lbs., with a thin build. She has brown eyes and long
brown hair dyed blonde.
Police are concerned for her safety.

Police are looking for a young woman who went missing from the Roncesvalles area nearly three weeks ago.

Laura Babcock, 23, was last seen on June 26 in the Queen Street West and Roncesvalles Avenue area around 9 p.m.

Police say they are concerned for her safety.

She is described as white, 5’10″, 150 lbs., with a thin build. She has brown eyes and long brown hair dyed blonde.

I just watched this video and I am seething in anger at the Toronto Police Force . They took absolutely NO ACTION to investigate the disappearance of this young lady despite the valuable information provided by her boyfriend.

It was absolutely disgusting for the Toronto Police investigator to say the boyfriend had no right to know her whereabouts.

I hope that the public will DEMAND that the Toronto Police investigators responsible for this inexcusable lack of are FIRED!

Tim Bosna is dead thanks to inaction by Toronto Police!

Very likely Wayne Millard is also dead as well thanks to TPS!

He met Millard face to face to talk about Laura’s disappearence and initially, Millard denied receiving her calls.

“He finally relented and admitted that okay, it was eight calls,” Lerner said. “Then he said that Laura contacted him asking for a place to stay and asked him about drugs and he denied both of those requests.”

I thought he said he gave her coke and it had been doing it for months.

Lerner said Babcock was struggling with depression and looking for a place to live after moving out of her parents’ home.
He said he confronted Millard on July 27, 2012, with Babcock’s phone records. Millard eventually admitted he had been talking to Babcock, the ex-boyfriend said.
Lerner said mutual friends told him Millard and Babcock were in a relationship.

Yes, it looks callous in hindsight. But then, the police really shouldn't be investigating every errant girlfriend that tries to give a guy the slip. I'm sure that's how they were treating it.
