Circumstances of Disappearance:
Qazi was last seen in Montréal, Québec on September 26, 2013. He was driving a rented Chevrolet Malibu that was later located in a shopping center in the city of Terrebonne, Québec. Qazi was nowhere to be found and has never been heard from again.

Investigators believe Qazi's disappearance is connected to another missing man's case, Daniel Pierre, who vanished around the same time. They are acquaintances that have ties to organized crime and officials believe they met with foul play. Qazi's whereabouts remain unknown.

Salvatore Scoppa, a figurehead of the Montreal mafia, is suspected of knowing much about the double murder of Daniel Pierre and Mohamed Qazi Ali, two men also linked to organized crime. The two men disappeared in Blainville on September 25 and 26, 2013. Police believe they were liquidated by the mafia.

Police now believe their bodies were cut to pieces and they will never be found, but now they know who committed the crime and who commissioned it. It is for this reason that Scoppa and his entourage have been targeted by a series of searches in recent months. The home of Scoppa was visited by investigators on January 17th.

Yes thank you, some reports stated that and others did not so wasn't entirely sure since it wasn't confirmed. Beings how they disappeared on two separate days, driving two different vehicles, I didn't include that they were together because it is unknown if they actually were together. Should have included possibly together.

Also, some reports also state they were friends, others state they were merely acquaintances. There are lots of discrepancies despite translation issues, and I tried to keep it factual as possible without speculating.

I also read -but didn't include it because I couldn't verify it- that Pierre's pit bull "Leckter" was allegedly found wandering after he disappeared. Left that info out too since I couldn't confirm it.
