Wondering if she could be Jane Doe B-10 found in Washington State in 1984 (one of Gary Ridgway's unidentified victims). Her height, weight and age all fall within the correct range and there is a similarity in the noses -- though Miriam's jaw seems to be narrower than the Doe's.

It is not a far-fetched possibility that she could have hitchhiked as far as the West coast.
