The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating an Elopee.
Thomas Brailsford, 62, was last seen on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 2:55 p.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
He is described as 6'4", 220lbs, bald, and has a long grey beard. He was wearing a black beanie hat, black jacket, black shirt, black pants, black shoes, black wrist watch and a blue medical mask.
He is bound by a Form 49 Warrant of Commital.
He was found not criminally responsible for an index offence of:

A Warrant of Committal is issued by the Ontario Review Board when a person is found Not Criminally Responsible in court. The Warrant of Committal "Disposition of Detention" commits the person to the custody of a provincial psychiatric hospital and subjects them to abide by certain conditions.
