Yeah. Sure. GA just decided to murder Caylee for no reason. If "daddy took care of it" why did she drive around with the body in her trunk? Why ditch the car? Oh this is just a wealth of nonsense.

And why did she string CA alng with all her stories about her & Caylee with the nanny & the trip to Jacksonville? :waitasec: Oh I know.... cause it's another big fat lie.

My favorite part was if GA stopped molesting her at 12...how did she think Caylee could have been his? I realize the A's are special and all, but really, it only seems like pregnancies last years... :floorlaugh:

Well, I guess my mind is in the gutter...because in my mind's eye, while reading that bunch of malarky.....I could picture that doctor all..."worked up"...if you know what I mean. He really, really seemed to enjoy that part of the lie. And the part about him thinking GA's statement about missing Caylee, the smell of her....he actually found that SEXUAL. I don't know, but I find it hard to believe that a 2 year old puts out any kind of sexual "musk" smell.
He was a freak in my opinion.

Reminds me of one of the segments of Everybody Loves Raymond where the father says he loves the smell of the twins hair after a bath. He said he could just sit their and smell their heads all day.....something to that effect. Babies do have that new, fresh smell about them nothing sexual at all. Dr. W. failed to note that GA was home in the mornings and got Caylee her breakfast, watched cartoons with her, etc. That does not sound like KC was keeping Caylee away from her father. Also, why didn't he ask her if she knew enough to lock her door to protect Caylee why was she still living at home when a job would have provided her the opportunity to move? You're right, he focused on the lie without trying to figure out if she was telling the truth or lying to him. She lied to police officers so wouldn't he want to get that out of the way first to properly evaluate her?

Well, Dr. W. did tell KC right up front he was a trauma doctor and that is why he was there. He gave KC all the information she needed to lead him down that path. He was looking for trauma not necessarily the truth. jmo

It was hilarious though, when he talked about Lee "screaming" CMA, CMA, CMA and kissing his bracelet. The doctor said something like "that was strange -- it obviously was a signal to somebody"

I would like to know if anybody sees this stuff the same way I do. I tend to read these depos (especially Dr. W’s) with a view that is tainted by my belief that this molestation defense was concocted waaaay back in the case. Before the jailhouse letters, where the idea was floated for the public. I see it as if the defense provided certain “bullet points” to these experts in order to bolster their ludicrous defense lie. Anybody who was here from the beginning and read the threads for 8 hours or more each day will remember that certain posters would throw something out....such as a comment about how strange LA’s speech at the memorial was...and we would run with it. Theories would abound. By the defense’s own admission, they have let it be know that some of the defense came from the blogs themselves.
So I tend to see it as “what came first? The chicken or the egg” kind of thing. I don’t take these things at face value...I can see underpinnings of the defense lie in EVERYTHING.

They had to come up with something sensational because they weren't prepared to tell the truth - Casey didn't want Caylee around anymore cramping her style, she didn't want Cindy to have her and she wanted to be #1 in her family again so she killed her, duct taped her and tossed her away like a piece of garbage.

I think it takes something, I don't know if you want to call it skill, an illness, whatever, to concoct elaborate lies to the point of incredible detail and then to not only believe in those lies, but then because you are living a lie, to start creating lies based off other lies.

She certainly is 'different' in that regard. Whether that's an illness or not, I'm not a doctor. :crazy:

She learned very early that lying got her the results she wanted, whether it was manipulating Cindy, or making her shallow personality a little more interesting to those she wanted to be with. She profited from it handsomely, so she did it all the time... and a lot of it is just grandiose wishful thinking (GA/CA divorcing and giving the house to her).

So I wonder where this leaves Mr. Roy Kronk? FCA sat there in court while an innocent man was disparaged and lied about...and wouldn't the loathsome Mr. Baez have some responsibility to NOT do something like that? Why on Earth is he allowed to practice law?

Mystifying to me that the jury couldn't see through the "whatever works" approach of the defense. People have to start making demands to prevent this kind of degenerate behavior in court.

I'm trying to keep my mouth shut and not "make waves," but the bias on this thread in particular is astounding. 2 different doctors who never met Casey before (and had more of a reason if anything to side with the prosecution) said the exact same thing and had the same trouble coming up with a "diagnosis" despite Ashton's attempt to force them to have one.

I don't like how Ashton continues to laugh at the defense; that is unprofessional.

And the fact that 2 people heard Ashton call the doctor an "as&*h*(e" is also way out of line.

I don't understand why people have to be scared to post their views on this thread. Can't it be possible that George WAS involved? Can't it be possible Casey WAS molested? I, for one, think she was and she certainly does fit the profile and I've dealt with a lot of sexual abuse cases.

I have watched every single second of the trial, so you can't possibly tell me something was wrong with the jury. There just wasn't enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. I think the jury were probably very happy today after reading those 2 depositions by those 2 UNBIASED doctors.

So if these doctors are so unbiased, why in the world wouldn't Jose agree to have another unbiased doctor evaluate FCA? (even if it would have been someone the prosecution picked... cause they are all unbiased, right) Makes no sense.

Yes. But I guess my PROBLEM is that I see posters even to this day, who read the depos for instance, and believe that FCA was having a come to Jesus moment and telling all the dirty. Not so in my mind. She was putting out her defense in order or get it substantiated for trial. I'm sure that she and the DT practiced this crapola ad infinitum in their meetings. She is, if nothing else, a good actress for people with sub par brain cells who evidently can't think past a flirty smile. I DON'T MEAN ANYBODY HERE - I mean a certain 12 people.

IMO the doctors didn't report their opinion of her, they both related what they were told by Casey... a notorious liar. A liar who made the statement among friends on how good of a liar she was. I've not read all the reports yet, but according to what she told Danziner, her entire life is not her fault. According to her, nothing seems to be. There is something seriously wrong with somebody who won't admit to anything but just 'being there' and state that every event in her life, everything bad that happened, was beyond her control.

I'm sorry, but her statements smell worse than the dead squirrel she was blaming the smell of death in her car on.

whew...finally finished wading through all that bull carp. the only thing that I have considered as possibly true (over the years) is that Caylee was the product of a date rape. That would explain why no baby-daddy ever came forward.

You'd think with all the media attention, some guy would be thinking, "hey, I was with that <insert derogative term of choice> one night late 2004." Even if he only came forward for money from the media or from a wrongful death suit, i would think he would show up. But if he drugged and raped FCA and she doesn't even know who he is, then, well, he can't very well make an appearance.

I think she told KioMarie Cruz the closest to the truth- that there were 8 possible babydaddies in the month that she conceived Caylee and she thought it might have been a quiet, dark haired guy.
She is not going to admit that to CA, or to a Psychiatrist, she has to be a victim of a date rape.....

I applaud JA and LDB for not falling off of their chairs laughing at this doctor.
I applaud JA and LDB for not jumping over the table and beating JB to a pulp.
I applaud JA and LDB for having the staying power to want to find justice for Caylee.
If it had been me......I would have laughed in that doctor's face and called him a certifiable nut.
I would have long ago been in jail for popping JB in that clown nose of his.

I'm at the newsstand the other day and reading an article about the movie: "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo." The actress in that movie has a nose piercing. Months ago, I brought up the topic of: "Nikita," or "La Femme Nikita." The character was a criminal who was trained to be an operative assassin for the government.

In the article about the movie, "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo," the character was likened to other similar characters in movies, such as "Nikita," as I mention, above.

Still, wonder: Why the nose piercing? And do you think she lasered the Bella Vita Tattoo?

I wondered that too. Possible scenario - she always seems to morph into the people she is with. Maybe she is trying to fit in to the group of people who support her presently.
