They went through the marriage with Dylan’s mom and dad and the break up. She put Dylan’s phone on her plan and dad was mad. (When wasn't Mark mad??)

Lots of objections from #markredwine defense about whether text correspondence showing ill-will & disputes between Mark & Elaine, Mark & Dylan is relevant. Most overruled.

So the defense attorney is having Dylans mom identify Clothing she gave to authorities to use on sent dogs. All that tells me is that Dylan's dad refuse to provide anything with Dylan scent on it.
