So the defense attorney is having Dylans mom identify Clothing she gave to authorities to use on sent dogs. All that tells me is that Dylan's dad refuse to provide anything with Dylan scent on it. Did anyone catch the digs that the defense attorney got in towards Dylan's mom? It was after questioning in reference to the final custody and visitation hearing. The defense attorney among other things said so you lost and Mark won. Paraphrasing

The defense attorney strongly objected to any discussion regarding the divorce or custody of Dylan. Because it would make mark look bad. And yet here he is discussing it himself in order to get his digs in at Dylan's mom
