After defense objects: asked and answered, the Judge says go ahead and answer it again…you were cut off.

She handles that pointer like a pool cue sometimes.

peri-mortem fracture noted on skull, above the left eye area
Consistent with caused by blunt force trauma
That's what I got out of it all.
Poor Dylan

I think she brought her own pointer. This lady isn't fooling around!

From the GJ Indictment (pg 3/7):

Forensic anthropologists determined that Dylan Redwine's skull had injuries consistent with blunt force trauma at two locations. According to forensic anthropologists, the skull had two small markings consistent with tool marks from a knife, not caused by an animal or natural cause. These defects in Dylan's skull were perimortem, indicating that the bone still had characteristics of wet bone similar to a recently deceased person.

Am I to understand that MR hit Dylan so hard, he killed him, with one punch? I’m sickened….it’s bad enough knowing that and then whatever he did to Dylan AFTER is beyond horrific. These are the parts I can’t watch….only thing I can say is thank God these scientists and stuff can tell what happened so MR can be held accountable. Poor Dylan :( I feel like he just wanted to find some way to make it so he didn’t have to see MR anymore, legally. But not like this. Dylan probably just figured they’d argue and MR would agree to stop visitation. How scared he must’ve been:( I hope this jury sees it ALL and MR ROTS AWAY MOO

Could it have been a fist?
I've been watching Mark take notes, he uses his left hand.
The blunt force was above the left eye area.

The link below discusses imminent death.

Traumatic brain injury: Causes, symptoms, and diagnosis.
JMO but I think it may be that he used something with his left hand…like maybe a fireplace poker to cause that blunt force fracture on his skull.

Is anyone like me (on an iPad) keep blowing up where MR is (I know you have Warwick)? Although it is a bit fuzzy, he’s looking a bit bored to me.

I still think he was slammed into the coffee table though.

I've got a horrible feeling he'll claim to be transgender and get placed in a women's prison.

It will definitely be a lot different than county jail.

Do they allow that or do they go where they are anatomically?

That would truly be an insult to transgender folks

From Wikipedia

U.S. prisons have a general policy of housing prisoners according to their sex as assigned at birth or genital configuration (e.g. post-op trans women would be placed in women's prisons), regardless of their current appearance or gender identity.
