As the witness said, it IS peculiar.Good point. If the blue and green shirts were stored for months in the same bag why did Molly only alert on the blue one?

I agree! If Molly were still alive today I think she would be up on the stand lol. RIP Molly. You were amazing.
That we have my friend. Gosh I cant remember either what Trial but it is vaguely familiar???I agree!
Bravo…we have followed so many trials together. Do you possibly remember (or anyone else) what trial it was where the judge declared the cadaver “dog” an expert witness? I can still remember when the judge did this and the courtroom broke out in laughter, but can’t remember which trial it was. It’s driving me crazy.
The jurors can believe that Molly was 100% accurate and still wonder if the source of the odor of human decomp came from an innocent source and not Dylan Redwine's dead body. JMODogs like people are never 100% but I think there were enough alerts for the Jurors to make note. Never one thing but the sum of it all.
I love this judge!Sorry I'm behind again:

Trial for Justice for Dylan:
The defense seems upset about something with this Canine Solutions Lady and her dog Molly--
objection---defense not happy...said there are too many voice objections being made
Witness is describing case examples of searches by Molly in which she found missing bodies---Defense is making strong objections but I can't make out what he is saying...
Another case about a 7 year old missing boy---Molly sniffed his home---did not alert to remains---he was found safe at a friends house next day
A case of missing teen girl---Molly sniffed boyfriends car, did not alert---she was found safe later
Pros goes through several more cases examples of Molly's successful nose
So the Pros asked the witness a question about how cadaver dogs sniff out human remains---and while the expert is in the middle of her scientific explanation, the defense says " Objection, non-responsive..."
Judge snaps back---how is it non responsive if she is in middle of responding?
Lol!!!!!!!!!
