They admit they dont know what happened

reasonable doubt doesn't have to be unanimous

it could be the underwhelming DNA evidence---or doubting the dogs---or the DNA from another man in vicinity of remains---or the lack of a weapon---or lack of case of death, or lack of evidence there was a clean up---or the lack of motive--or lack of witnesses to mark going up middle mountain road

I admit, I am just half-heartedly listening to Bogan's defense closing. It's true...there is not a smoking gun, there is not an eyewitness to this crime. But the state's circumstantial evidence, along with some scientific facts puts forth a great story, with the only finger pointing at MR. He, and only he had the motive, means and opportunity to commit this crime. Bogan can continue to try to defend him, but I fear it's a lost cause.

The defense is spending way too much time on the disgusting photos. Drawing more attention to them instead of getting the jury thinking about other weak points in the states case. JMO
