IMO exhibits are for the jury. They're taking that hit for us. We don't want to see Gannon like this.
Thanks. Sorry, I don't think my question was clear -- I'm now seeing what I asked about-- the pillows, suitcase, etc. I also didn't expect to see Gannon's body on the overhead wearing the garments being described. Not unusual for the actual garments with holes or slashes to be introduced as evidence.

While it would be heartbreaking and anxiety-producing, for me, there would also be the big flood of relief that this woman's strategies and words in committing this unspeakable crime are now part of the public record. The nightmarish aspect of not knowing for sure what Letecia Stauch did would be driving me crazy. I would want to know how she lied and manipulated to get her job, and that everyone in the world knows it too.

How she lied about Gannon searching on his phone (and obviously put that search in herself). All out in the open now. Forever.

This would be a big part of healing, for me, personally.

OTOH, I'm afraid I'd start feeling hatred and maybe even rage, two emotions that are so damaging. Even just reading about this trial makes me hate her, but I try to regard her as a non-human, a non-person, who is acting according to her own monstrous, alien nature. No point in hating a cobra for doing what cobras do, I guess.

I pity the women at the prison where she's going to go, she'll be capable of manipulating and disrupting an entire cohort of the incarcerated if she's permitted to do so.

IMO.
Well said, thank you.

Is he trying to throw Harley under that massive Leteticia shaped bus?

Body worn cameras weren't mandatory at that time. Was Harley Hunt a person of interest (having to do with the missing child) at that time that you know of? Not to my knowledge.

And rigid square/rectangular things are easy to move without picking them up. Put it on edge, grab a corner, push it forward. Grab a corner, push it forward. Or, pull it towards you, rather than pushing. If what's inside isn't loose (which if it was packed with blankets and pillows, it would have been solid) and isn't breakable (Gannon, sadly, was not considered precious by her), it's a good way to move heavy boxes.

EDIT: Either that, or 'walk' it like a refrigerator. Left, right, left, right.

Up and over a barrier is another thing, but that's one big push, squat, use your whole body like a spring, or even get your shoulders under it. But I think she more likely got one corner on the barrier and pushed the corner opposite it, in front of her, away from her until it went up and over.

Body Camera video is being played from Deputy Parker's body camera.

You can hear Letecia telling Deputy that the neighbors have been "awesome" and doing a lot of the work to help search for Gannon. She's laughing while telling him about Gannon's switch.

Letecia telling deputy he was supposed to be home at six and was at a friends house and didn't come home.

Letecia on body camera: "I am almost positive he is with someone he knows because he searched on his phone can my parents find me if my phone is off”

Letecia saying he also search bath salts.

She said the only thing missing is Gannon's game to police.

She tells police he left his phone and wallet. She is bringing up that he searched info about parents finding before hand.

Letecia showing the deputies the carpet.

Letecia says she has about 150 Facebook messages with information about Gannon missing.

HH has a solid alibi for Gannon's death. How deeply her mother involved her after the fact, we're going to find out, I assume.

She was stuttering saying "key" and "warrant". She was walking backwards. He got on the radio saying "She's running." She threw the keys across the parking lot!
This isn't what she told the public in her backwards interview. She never said anything about doing a runner and throwing her keys.

Me: sees a dog running down the street
Lawyer: Ontario Mom, have you ever been called as an canine expert?

I mean, I know they have to ask certain things but... some of the questions are just foolishness.

No, she said her keys were in her pocket, and she freaked out when she saw the officer's gun, or something. IDK. My brain is soup after all this nonsense.

The next witness is Sergeant Patrol Supervisor Christopher Ganstine with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. In January 2020, he was a detective sergeant.

Ganstine said, that behavior is common when they’re following fugitives, “avoiding detection would be a good term.”
Omg!! Her slouching and hiding.
HH needs to tell her feelings on this for Gannon.

What was LS lying about, in regards to something Gannon got on his shirt?
I think she was trying to say she tried to put a fire out with Gannon’s shirt? Omg
