Nicole Mobley is the next witness. Resides at North Ranch, shown a pic of her neighborhood and is pointing out where she lives. Has lived there about four years. She had the occasion to meet Letecia Stauch. FB neighborhood page had a free clothes to drop off to her. She thought she was talking to Harley Hunt. Arrangements to drop them off, and Letecia came. She knocked on door, they talked and had a convo. Points out LS. It was a little weird, never met her before, she didn't introduce herself at LS, but she acted like they were "best friends" in Dec. 2019.

Another message on Christmas 2019. She said she worked for some airlines? Wanted to have witness's niece could come watch her house and the dog, and have niece hang out with Harley.

Post on neighborhood pages that her stepson didn't return from a friend's house and if she or anyone could help her meaning LS.

I didn't know her, but she talked to me like she knew me. Seemed to make witness think Letecia was weird and made witness uncomfortable. When Gannon went missing her and her husband went out in the freezing cold weather to help look for Gannon.​

Witness says Letecia had a lot of hate for Landen and I kind of went and agreed with her about Landen. Then, after, also I messaged her that I agreed with her about the "shadow under the truck" (being Gannon).
