Letecia must be seething right now. Fair play to this witness for playing the devil.

Assuming there’s no body can footage of the warrant stop for the car and phone since he was undercover. But man I’d pay money to see footage of her running away.
I pictured tossing the keys one direction and her Forrest Gumping the other direction!! LOL

I can't wait to hear cross, Ms Mobley, did the defendant act in any way that lead you to think she believed she actually was Barbie?, did you see her walk on her toes or hear her refer to her boyfriend Ken?

Letecia said, "Somebody had to see the strange man leave the Stauch house with Gannon and an empty suitcase." (Me the sleuth saying, "How would anyone know it was an empty suitcase?")

The next witness called to the stand is Janine Sanchez. In January 2020, she was living in the Lorrison Ranch neighborhood. Sanchez also worked with Harley Hunt, Letecia Stauch’s daughter.

Sanchez said she and Harley picked up Letecia from the hospital on Wednesday, January 29. Sanchez said Letecia got in the car, “just jokingly, she (Letecia) was joking about saying basically, ‘hope you don’t think we’re a bunch of murderers.’”

Sanchez said that Letecia started using Harley’s phone, then Letecia sent a text to her from the back seat, asking if she could stay at Sanchez’s home. Sanchez said she found this weird and strange, because all three of them were in the car together.

Sanchez said, “Harley was just wanting to stay at my house because she didn’t really feel comfortable at her own house. I'm not sure why her mom wanted to stay at my house. With the texting thing, that was kind of odd. So I just let them both stay.”

Definitely ,feel she was trying to play investigator. I don't think it appeared to harm the investigation but it could have. Not advising people to do this .

There's no telling who the guy is because it could be Eguardo, (sp) or Uncle Matt, or that con guy sitting in jail already. I think I left out one of the imaginary characters, but there's so many bad men and made up stories by LS.

Yes, it was a bold and reckless thing to do. At times this is awkward testimony to listen to, but I am enjoying how furious Letecia must be. I notice she has paid a great deal of attention to this one.

I don't think T quite understands what DID is. It's not how many imaginary people you can make up. Multiple made-up people is not a disease.

I hope the expert doctor can clear that up for her.

I wonder if LE ever recovered T's notes.

A neighbor of Letecia Stauch's just testified that in a text conversation with Stauch in late Feb. she asked for help finding a witness to say they saw someone leaving her house with a suitcase the night of Gannon's disappearance. "I need a witness," Stauch said in one text.

At one point, Letecia says she won't ask Nicole to do anything, but Letecia needs someone in the neighborhood to confirm they saw a strange man. Help finding a "witness". Letecia will give her life, (I think she said pay), but Letecia needs someone to help her by agreeing there was some man seen. So, MOO, she was trying to buy a "phony witness".

Nicole is feeling like Letecia is going to ask her to lie for her. Nicole said someone on the search, a man did try to hit on her. But then LS reiterates something about a man leaving with a suitcase setting her story to match if Gannon is found, or the suitcase is noticed missing.

The witness is crying.

This is still A GAME TO HER.

LS says-- Man was shorter, Hispanic, gave height and weight, had some kind of tattoo on his face, maybe a tear drop or something.

(Me now saying sarcastically-- Of course, he had the stereotypical tear drop or something tattooed on his face. Hey Letecia, you shouldda said a tattooed knife on his face, and a suitcase on his neck.)

A neighbor of Letecia Stauch's just testified that in a text conversation with Stauch in late Feb. she asked for help finding a witness to say they saw someone leaving her house with a suitcase the night of Gannon's disappearance.

"I need a witness," Stauch said in one text.

During these texts Stauch tells her neighbor the story that someone had broke into her home, assaulted her and took Gannon. Similar to the story she had tried to tell her husband, Al Stauch, in the past.

"What if you just said you remembered something suspicious seeing this picture? And explained the description and you didn't think it was relevant until now. Because the kid had the same cover,"

Stauch said after sending a photo of Gannon with the blankets his body was later found with. "I swear to you I dind't do this. I just need help with someone getting this out there so they can start posting in other states."
