Not sure about other smart watches, but Apple Watch would be very damning evidence if wearing one. moo

Yeah, we had an amazing member back in the threads, gatorage? who worked for a 'fruit tech company' who was very knowledgeable and gave great information about what they could have gotten from the various models of Apple watches.

Her own defense can't pronounce the condition she's claiming to have. *facepalm*

There is no A before the O in 'dissociative'.

El Paso County Sheriff's Office Lt. Jason Hess next witness

In Jan 2020 he was a Sgt. assigned to patrol division. He got involved in Stauch case on Jan 28th, day after call for runaway.

Lt. Hess cold called Letecia to follow up on information. Also had face to face follow up with Letecia.

"An 11-year-old child unaccounted for in the winter cold months is an extreme risk." This prompted more resources versus a 16-year-old going missing who had run away in the past.

Lt. Hess went to Starbucks on Jan 28th where Letecia and Al were meeting with detectives.

Lt. Hess wanted to look at Gannon's phone to see if he searched anywhere that he could potentially be.

Letecia showed Lt. Hess a picture from one of the Facebook groups made to search for Gannon. They determined the picture wasn't Gannon.

Stauch told Lt. Hess that Gannon left the house between 3:15 and 4pm. She told him she was taking care of burn area on carpet from candle falling when Gannon left.

Hess saw Stauch moving things out of the house into a white van. Says there were a couple of people at the van helping her move things. Stauch's Aunt Brenda Acquard was in a Nissan car. Harley, Stauch's bio daughter, assisting. Stauch's mom Debra and Dakota Lowery.

Lt. Hess said Letecia made mention she tried to put fire out with blanket. She told him Gannon had something on the front of his shirt from the fire incident.

Lt. Hess in similar situations where a child as young as Gannon, 11-year-old, is missing or runaway for the first time, the emotions are usually more present and visual from parents looking for kid.

Lt. Hess says he believes he has worked with people suffering from dissociative identity disorder but doesn't know how many. He doesn't think Stauch was suffering from dissociative identity disorder when he interacted with her in January 2020.

Defense asks how many people the witness has dealt with that might have DID. Witness says he doesn't know what conditions people may have when he's dealing with them.

Prosecution asks if witness thought the defendant appeared to show any signs of having a DID condition. Witness said no.

What was LS lying about, in regards to something Gannon got on his shirt?

Some of the following conversations can be heard in the video above.

  • Letecia: “I don’t kill people.”
  • Al: “Right now tell me the truth, where’s Gannon!”
  • Letecia: “I need immunity!”
  • Letecia: “If they give me immunity I will help.”
  • Letecia: “There’s more details that I can’t discuss that would incriminate myself.”
  • Letecia: “If it’s an accident, are you going to stand by me?”
  • Al: “Yes, absolutely Tecia. I told you that from day one.”
  • Letecia: “I’m sorry for all the stories, I just didn’t know what to do.”
  • Letecia: “I’ve already told you, you think you can be this interrogator all you want.”
  • Al: “No, you’re my wife. I’m trying to talk to you.”
  • Letecia: “You’re not trying to talk to me, you’re trying to put me six feet under. That’s what you’re trying to do.”
  • Al: “Okay, you’re treating me like I’m the court or the law not like I’m our sons’ father.”
  • Letecia: “My hands were tied … all I could hear was Gannon screaming.”
  • Al: “The guy was still there when police searched the home?”
  • Letecia: “Yes, yes!”
  • Al: “Where was he at? Where was he at when they searched our house?”
  • Letecia: (unintelligible)”Anything until I get immunity.”
Hi lovely, can we listen to the video somewhere? What a sick evil beast. Thank you.

imstilla.grandma had to step away for a bit, the CSI and DNA tech stuff was rough and a few people had to take a break.
