Defendant: Are you going to be with your wife?
AS: Nope.

Letecia is giving Albert a Polygraph Test. She asks if he'll be with his wife again after. He says NO. She expected him to say he would be back all lovey dovey with her. Albert says there's damage.

Has he filed for divorce?
She hasn't answered his question though.
Was she the last person to have Gannon?
Al says Mr. hotshot Baez will want to know.
Did you hurt Gannon? Did you kill Gannon?
Letecia says she will pass the Polygraph,
and he's going to still come back accusing her.

Defendant: Have you filed for divorce?
AS: Nope.
My memory is bad so I googled to see when it was that he actually did file. It was after her arrest when she was brought back to CO. Just fyi in case anyone else forgot.

First phone call, 22 mins.

I think this might be about her doing the fake polygraph.

She's sent him a legit website to look at.

He's written down questions.

AS: Do you know where Gannon is. LS: No.

AS: Were you the last one Gannon was with. LS: No.

She's picking apart how he phrased the questions.

AS: Did you accidentally hurt Gannon. LS: No

AS: Did you murder Gannon. LS: No.

He's talking about getting money out of the bank for the test and them going down to the place together.

Says she's not at Michelle's house any more, staying with 'random people' from the internet. Won't give him the address, is claiming he's doing it for the publicity.

She's dithering, saying stuff about not being able to eat before.

She wants to ask questions.

LS: When you get the results saying I'm telling the truth that I had nothing to do with Gannon. Are you going to be with your wife? AS: NO.

LS: "Why?" Seems genuinely angry. AS: says Gannon is the priority.

LS: Do you have the intention of being back with your wife and family. AS: NO. Same answer, Gannon is the priority.

AS: asks her who was the last person with Gannon if it wasn't her.

She's refusing to answer, demanding if he's filed for divorce. He says no.

She's angry, going on about how she agreed to the polygraph.

AS: asking about Gannon, who had him, again. She pauses for a long time, and then says she's going to tell it to the polygraph person.

AS: "Did you murder Gannon? Did you kill Gannon?" LS: "No."

LS: "That's all your questions, ain't it?"

LS: "I'm going to pass it and you're still going to come back and accuse me of being involved. You can't accept. You have the nerve to say to me you won't be with your wife and family. Heartless. If Gannon turned up on the doorstep today..."

Just started watching today and this first call i caught Letecia in the call telling Al

"Guess what? This wife of yours has done everything that sorry a$$ mf's (curse word) mother didn't do"

Right at the beginning of court today maybe like 3 to 5 minutes into the continuation of the call from yesterday.

Is she calling Gannon a "sorry a$$ mf"? Wow.

So during the recorded conversation, LS thinks she's got an ace in the hole with this polygraph but it's going to backfire on her:

Feb. 18, 2020
  • Letecia calls a company called fakepolygraph.com, hoping to get the results of a test she took sent to her, but is told "her report was blocked by management based on the content of the questions," according to the affidavit. She is also told by an employee  that with "illegal activities they reserve the right to not to send the report."

ETA:

March 5, 2020

  • Al files for divorce from Letecia, and says the marriage is 'irretrievably broken' in his filing. He also states that his wife is "in South Carolina awaiting extradition to Colorado charged with first degree murder of [his] son."

AL said to her: “I heard my son crying and saying “I’m bleeding!!!”

We knew it all along. There were a few of us that downloaded the original video. We knew GS was telling her that he was bleeding.

AS: The truth is you won’t tell me who, because there is no who.

Defendant: She’s not calling FBI because they’re police. She is concerned about being his (AS) wife.

No concern about Gannon. Rarely, any discussion about Gannon, imo.

It looks like she is laughing after that video.

Sometimes ,then I remember the whole situation is horrible. And he is this kids dad.

Her lawyers look like they'd rather be having a root canal done on them then be in court right now.
