AS calling her on the 'bath salts' texts saying it wasn't Gannon sending them. Asking who did. She's saying I don't know about everything.

LS: "You're not getting anything from me until you're 100% on my team."

AS calling her out on the money she stole. Talking about how the currency here isn't money, clothes etc, it's a person. "It's Gannon. That's the buy-in."

LS: "But I already passed a polygraph."
AS: "You never showed up, my card was never charged."
LS claims she paid for it herself. AS says send him the receipt.
AS: "Nancy Grace may believe it, but I don't."

AS: "Tell me, what does our future look like without Gannon? You think long and hard about it."
LS: "I don't have any involvement in Gannon and I feel like proving it in the polygraph, answering questions....if we work together, a lot of help from Jesus Christ, I feel like he will come home."
She seems to think they're going to be the next Walshs or Klaases setting up monuments and helping other children come home, that that's God's plan.

He's directed her back to the bath salts nonsense. Her answer is long and makes no sense. Sorry folks, I'm really mentally lagging now. Struggling to make any sense of it all. Suffice to say he's probing all the weak stuff in her story and she's doing the hastiest worst patch job in the world. Blaming a kid from another class? Peer pressure?

He is offering her relationship which he has no intention of fulfilling for one thing in the hope that she will admit something and she is so co dependant she will do anything to receive it.
They are both dishonest in their interactions, it's a really sick place.
It could have been done and dusted in 20 minutes... zero progress has been achieved after hours of it.
Yes, she's being dishonest because she's an evil child murderer.
He's being dishonest in hopes of finding his dead child.
It's truly sick, indeed.

But I'm guessing it's not entrapment or it wouldnt have been done with the aid of LE.
Likely falls into the same boat of LE going undercover. Just guessing.

For weeks I've been wondering what the fuss was about bath salts.
Just found out that "bath salts" are not bath salts.

What is she doing? Was her head down? I can’t tell.

The courtroom must be closed? I’d imagine the public would fill out those seats..

No court on Thursday. Trail resumes Friday.

Whew! Changing next call to Friday.

Al is always apologizing to her. I have to wonder if this was always their relationship dynamic, with her being demanding and him acquiescing.

I have yet to hear him say anything that makes me think Tee’s behavior is unusual to him.

That tells me that as distasteful and awful as she is, this was Tee being her normal, sane self.

They're going to play the last one on Friday.

End of day.

I'm still not sure what is being said. I mean, do 11 year olds even know about bath salts?
And just so we're clear...

#1 bath salts = crystalized/coarse grain salt used in a hot bath for relaxing
#2 bath salts = some kind of drug I think?

I'm not enjoying anything about this trial, either....
The 18 days of Jodi Arias on the stand were much more entertaining.

Screeching Letecia is just annoying.

It's open to the public, people elsewhere have posted that they have attended.

I thought it would be packed too!

Back in court this morning for the 11th day of Letecia Stauch's trial, starting the morning off by playing the remainder of the phone call between Al and Letecia Stauch that was started yesterday. I'll tweet updates as the day gets going.

The phone call was similar to the several others that have been played in court where Letecia Stauch continues to deny any involvement in Gannon's disappearance, and Al Stauch continues to press Letecia for the truth.

Prosecution just finished playing the recording of a second phone call between Al and Letecia Stauch. The call is an hour of Al Stauch accusing Letecia of lying, and Letecia yelling in response to deny that she is lying.

The call ends when Al adds FBI agent Amber Cronan to the call and Letecia says she will call her right back. The FBI recorded all phone conversations between Al and Letecia Stauch, and FBI agents were present with Al Stauch during the phone calls.

Third phone call played by the prosecution was between just Letecia Stauch and Amber Cronan. In the call Stauch walks Cronan through the story that there was an intruder in her home who took Gannon and assaulted her. Should be just one more recorded phone call left.

Fourth phone call was more of the same between Al and Letecia Stauch, the call ends when Al tells Letecia "This is the worst f*cking story yet, I’m done with this s*it." Breaking for lunch now, Cronan will retake the witness stand after lunch.

Second witness today is former FBI special agent Jonathan Grusing, who is testifying that he was brought in to listen to one of the phone conversations between Al and Letecia Stauch, and give advice on how best to interact with Letecia moving forward.

Grusing stated he believed by not accusing Letecia of killing Gannon that she would continue to speak with Al and law enforcement, and give additional information.

"Our best source to figure out what happened to Gannon was to keep speaking with Letecia," Grusing stated.

The prosecution has a played a few more recorded phone calls over the past couple of hours. In the calls, Al Stauch continues to accuse Letecia of lying to him, and Letecia continues to deny lying, and deny involvement in Gannon's death.

In the calls Letecia continues to change her story over and over again while yelling about how she's upset that Al isn't supporting her and how people don't believe her, among many other things. Letecia mentions Gannon few times, if ever, during these calls.

Recess break until 3:25 pm MT

I’m just tuning in for the end of the call. When was this?
Today. Within the last hour. This totality of the affects of her actions unfortunately effect her husband Al and her Biological daughter and is fn awful . However Harley was led to believe Al rejected her. I think. I only know what i see and hear in the media . This last court call,T admits she secluded Harley from them on purpose ,at a point when everyone appeared to be worried and want Harley's help in finding Gannon , and Harley wanted to be there for it. That is what came out in the last call. It hurts .

I just realized that Letecia, like many criminals, think they can fool a jury by defeating each piece of evidence with a different story. They're thinking, I guess, that "The Judge" will listen to them and throw evidence out, merely on their say-so. She really does try and combat each claim against her independently, as if that's how humans look at evidence.

"The totality of the evidence" is not just a legal theory, it's the way most humans think. Of course, LS's notions of denying evidence with super-dumb lies and claims (paraphrasing: "I just failed a polygraph, therefore LE should not want to speak to many any more - obviously I'm unreliable as a witness" is one of the worst ones).

Her thinking cap is glued on backwards. At any rate, she started early on (before Gannon was found), at lying about each bit of evidence against her, changing her stories multiple times, and even trying to tack on new stories to refute new evidence. I think this is just habit for her, she knew it was weak.

It's so much gaslighting - so often seen in people who cheat or break the law. They rely on the basic goodwill of the person they are gaslighting, to trick them. AS is a good person. She tries to exploit that. Thankfully, he had several layers of support and help in dealing with her. It's always hard for good people to truly fathom what the Bad Actors are up to and how deep it goes into their very core (their badness).

IMO.
