He's explaining to her that she has been arrested, explaining probable cause, how they met that, that she has been arrested for Gannon's murder. He's advising her of her rights, that she doesn't have to answer any questions. "Oh, I know." She asks to 'write it in' that she has the right to call her attorney. He points out that that is in there already. He offers her food and water, she says she doesn't want any.
I think he's comparing this case to the Redwine case, but I'm not familiar with the case.
LS: "I can help you, Gannon is alive, and I can help you," Claims she tried and nobody would help her. Claims she has been nothing but helpful.
LS: "Wrong place wrong time" has been mentioned. Talking about protecting herself and family.
LS: "Nothing happened at the house."
LS is asking for protection for her family. Asking for WitSec.
LS: "There's nothing that happened at any house that would have hurt, harmed anyone."
Witness: talking about how she could be facing federal charges.
Witness: "I would rather you just not say anything than give me false statements." Explains she could face further charges by lying to them.
