Is she wearing the same thing today as the day she was arrested?

No, because sleeves look different. Gee, her voice is much more mellow than on the phone calls with Albert.

This case is going to have the shortest deliberation before a guilty verdict ever.

I am wondering if she had the forethought to lay the ground work for the NGRI plea.... this is the time to do it.

T: the evidence isn't true.

Ohhh...with a new identity she could change her name

Somebody better tell fake Edgjuardo that his fake wife is faking a pregnancy.

He's explaining to her that she has been arrested, explaining probable cause, how they met that, that she has been arrested for Gannon's murder. He's advising her of her rights, that she doesn't have to answer any questions. "Oh, I know." She asks to 'write it in' that she has the right to call her attorney. He points out that that is in there already. He offers her food and water, she says she doesn't want any.

I think he's comparing this case to the Redwine case, but I'm not familiar with the case.

LS: "I can help you, Gannon is alive, and I can help you," Claims she tried and nobody would help her. Claims she has been nothing but helpful.

LS: "Wrong place wrong time" has been mentioned. Talking about protecting herself and family.

LS: "Nothing happened at the house."

LS is asking for protection for her family. Asking for WitSec.

LS: "There's nothing that happened at any house that would have hurt, harmed anyone."

Witness: talking about how she could be facing federal charges.

Witness: "I would rather you just not say anything than give me false statements." Explains she could face further charges by lying to them.

Can't type too much today because I have a painful wrist, but I can bring some pictures over here.

He's telling her that the conversation will be recorded. If she doesn't feel like answering, then don't, rather than tell something untrue.

Letecia says, "You could've just called me. (rather than arrest her)

There it is again:
"She's been taking care of our kids for so long."

Witness says he thinks the secret identities/WitSec thing was "her giving me a task she thinks we cannot meet, so she wouldn't have to talk to me about anything."

Back to interview. Admits she told AS a bunch of garbage on the phone call out of anger for not getting his support.

Pause for sidebar.

Play again.

Says she only did it because she was 'hurt' and did it because the calls were being recorded.

Witness agrees that her misleading was very calculated and focussed on herself and not a missing child.

Play.

Witness asks her about mental health. LS says she has anxiety and takes Lorazepam and has never seen counsellors. Claims she is eight weeks pregnant. Confirms she was of sound mind when she was talking to AS on the phone. "I just wanted him to know, I was taking care of our kids for SO LONG..."

Pause.

Witness asked about mental health because the DA asked that he do so.

Asked about pathway to violence, talking about the grievances on the phone calls, about her being the caretaker.

Play.

I'm having a hard time believing that LS thought ANYONE would believe all of these different stories. At the very least she had to understand they would at MINIMUM think she's a liar and at the worst think she murdered her step-son. I don't understand literally changing your story to completely different events multiple times. You can't even argue that you said something wrong, or forgot to mention, or was confused because it all happened so fast. There's literally no valid reason to have 7 entirely different stories involving entirely different people and places.
All of the above underscores what @Megnut has been saying about Lietecia being sadistic, imo.

I don’t think she even meant for her stories to be believable. She was on a hateful power trip because she was the only one who had the information AS wanted.

Just as she took pleasure in murdering (overkill) an 11 year old little boy, she was enjoying stringing his dad along, and knowing she could prolong his misery.
She enjoyed LH’s pain, too. She’s pouring salt in their wounds, and feeling like it’s sweet retribution for all the grievances she’s had during her marriage to AS.
Imo

Thank the Lord for small favors.

Letecia said her stepdad was also military. The witness on the stand is asked if she ever mentioned her stepdad and any abuse. No.

This was right after saying Albert was a good father to his children.
