I don't think that fall was faked. He really did fall hard. But I think that episode was caused by not eating and drinking? The doctors have testified that going without food/drink for days can cause a psychotic break like that.

Yeah, delerium and psychosis have similar symptoms but the difference is that delirium resolves quickly once the cause (such as dehydration, anesthesia, etc) is resolved. His symptoms quickly resolved once he was rehydrated, which points to him suffering from delirium.

Yup! They did stress the no food/water during that time. I don't think he doesn't have mental health problems BUT ---- he knew it was wrong to go to theater and shoot people. Point being when he saw police he surrendered.

As far as I can remember JH and Gargi were FWB in April. The home was also in April. I could be wrong though. It happens occasionally lol!

Datta said the two broke up in February 2012 but continued to hang out as "friends with benefits." She said she confronted Holmes after he told someone who hit on her that she was his girlfriend. She says she reminded Holmes they weren't a couple, but she doesn't remember how he reacted.

Datta said they stopped hanging out in April 2012 - three months before the attack - because Holmes wanted to be more than friends, and she didn't.
