Stupid Question and totally O/T BUT how do you get the name "Ted" from Edward M. Kennedy???? Me and daughters talked about this the other night--i.e., "Jack" and real name "John" anyone?

I don't know. My brothers name is John and we never called him Jack... we called him John!! lol My Mom says he was actually named after JFK.
I guess John was a popular name for baby boys born in 1964

You are doing good so far, my friend. Today is the last day of prosecution case. Defense begins next Thursday. Three days off Mon-Wed for jurors, but attorneys may be working on jury instruction, etc during that break.

my Grandpa was named - John and he was called both John and Jack (I'm sure there were times Grandma called him other names---:blushing---Never figured that one out either--but accepted it. Oh and they also had a son named "Jack" and he went by "Jack"
