Juror #535 coming in to talk to Judge

Recognized someone in the gallery.

Name of Joy unknown last name.

ETA - Knows person who was a victim. The victim will not testify. Does Joy know the person on the Jury. Mrs. Teesch-Maguire says "I guess I should have asked that!" Laughter ensues. Is an acquaintance of the Juror's financial advisor.

My question...is that weird? Is that a problem?

Now why on EARTH would the daycare not be available for jurors in THIS case?????

It seems to me, if there is a case where daycare would be made available, it would be one where jurors are kept for an extended period of time???

Hello all.

I have been lurking as a guest here since poor little Caylee.

This case in particular has brought me out of the shadows for all kinds of reasons. I did want to share a link to an article about the insanity sentencing. The chance of him getting out of the hospital one day seems very likely. The average stay, at the Pueblo hospital he would go to, before sanity is found to be "restored" is only 8 years.
