So - the jury got the case on Friday - and will continue deliberations on Tuesday, 2/21/23 since Monday is President's Day?
And of course I am not coming up with any recent articles.

Those videos you posted @PommyMommy do not work for me... :(

Does it say Mike Lee was the only witness, then closing, and then the jury got the case? Any time on start of deliberations? TIA! :)

edited to add - the court site has no court dates scheduled...
The prosecution brought in 15 witnesses during the trial including the detective and DK's ex-wife, who he allegedly confessed to, and those recordings were played aloud for the jury. No other witnesses were named AFAIK. The defense brought no evidence of their own.

The jury got the case around 1:00 Friday afternoon and will resume deliberations on Tuesday because the courthouse is closed on Monday. MOO

Judge Jessica Curtis to Dane Kallungi prior to imposing the mandatory life in prison sentence: “What you took from this world was a daughter, a community member, a wife and a friend… She had value, and she had wort, and this was entirely senseless.”

Happy they found him guilty. Hopefully one day they will find her body for her families sake .

But once again another no body case successfully tried in CO.

Hopefully another spouse in CO has the same fate, soon.
