Do we know the dumped items to be related to the crime?
I have not heard. Tia
If so, he needs to go in front of a firing squad, imo. That would be beyond stupid.
I still think he was taunting LE, the B family & the GP. Jmo

I think he realized LE would be coming to investigate him and his mother's property soon enough. Better get the stuff he removed in the cleanup of KB's place out of the Frazee property and into the supposed anonymity of the dump.

Welcome :) I don't think it's been confirmed where they were going, I've wondered as well. I thought it strange they were in separate vehicles IIRC at such an early hour.

I thought there was a slim chance PF might have been taking a 'trip' in light of the recent research at Kelsey's place, but I kind of doubt it. IDK

Well, they were taking off to somewhere in an early morning hurry!

Respectfully stated:
I did not post that the vehicle was not KK's. I don't know what KK drives.

I posted that KK was NOT at Sonic on Thanksgiving (Nov 22nd).

The news station reporter and video showed that she was at Sonic on Nov 24th.
OK! Thank you, I must have misread it. I'm in and out and this thread is really moving fast today. I'm trying to catch up but I'm failing miserably. :)

You think he didn’t realize he was being watched?

Per paint, I’ve heard nothing abt KB’s house having fresh paint smells, have you? I see it mentioned frequently.

Even if dogs alerted to it, it still wouldn’t be enough to determine that she was definitely dead, and killed in that house.

I agree though, I’ve long thought she was beaten to death.

BBM: If that's true, MG, it sickens me to say this, but I don't think he would simply beat her with his bare fists. As a farrier & living on mommy's ranchette, he has access to many hand-held tools. If he beat her to death, I think he used a tool as a weapon to avoid getting obvious injuries to his hands/knuckles.

*ETA: Hopefully, LE has really taken a good look at all of the portable tools on the ranch.

I agree with you, MassGuy. Where we could differ is, I think she was beaten to death (minus objects) bare handed, which he could explain away injury simply by his profession. Other than that, IMHO this whole crime is like watching Abbott&Costello's "Whose on First".

Yes. I should have clarified, I think she was beaten to death with a blunt object.

This would explain that final search, and the fact that a ladder was brought in.

I think they found blood high on the walls/ceiling.

I’m wondering if LE found KK initially by using phone numbers in PF’s cell phone and on his phone records that he had called recently? I’m also now wondering if this is how they found the person/s he solicited? I think LE may have called people and they talked rather than people turning in PF on their own. Thoughts?

There are paints today that have such low voc that they literally do not smell. No fresh paint smell. Line is sold in any hardware store, made for those with asthma, sensitivity to smells, etc. One line is Natura Natura Paint
PF could have painted within just a couple of hours of KB's brother going to the apt and there would have been no smell. Paint takes about 1 hour to dry to touch.

I'm not suspicious about PF's dump run. After his property being searched, there was probably a lot of junk disturbed so rather than pile it back, he took that opportunity to dispose of it.

My first post ...... question ... Do we know where PF, his mom, and baby K were going when he was arrested ?

Welcome to Websleuths!

Good ?

Wonder, were they tipped off.

Jmo, pointing fingers would not help as one could only accuse the other if they knew he/she did it, meaning they were there or had knowledge etc...PF is not going to admit to anything. Jmo he has an alibi, and also, time of death will be impossible to pin down. His lawyer, on the other hand, may point the finger at KK, saying she had access to his phone, and access to anything PF had regarding Kelsey’s keys etc...

SABBMFAA:
He worked on my horses for a real short time till he punched one in the gut with a rasp and that was about the last time I let him work on my horses.'

He appears to have a propensity for using tools as weapons.

I wondered if something was shoved into the chimney flue.

Refresh me: in CO, if he planned the murder but did not participate, he faces murder charges, correct?

I still wonder if he was in the SafeWay lot advising someone to K leaving the store, heading home. Someone that was inside her home awaiting her return. Someone that has turned himself in, not yet charged.
There’s a reason her departure from the store is not shown imo. Who else was in the lot?

I agree with the first part but I'm not convinced about people talking after LE calling from numbers on PF's phone. JMO

Good question.

He does.

Murder is inherently cruel. But the idea that she may have been beaten to death, seems especially cruel.

I’d love to be wrong here, as the best we can hope for at this point, is that her death came quick.
