looks like kneeling to me and the coats hide the arms so can't tell if they are handcuffed.....IMO

Those look to be LE. Who are simply having a discussion. Maybe squatting and looking at a map.

Religion possibly

I very much doubt that, as K's brother is in a same-sex marriage and the church specifically prohibits such. For those thinking her religion is playing into this.

I personally feel we may have yet another SP, CW type of thing, ugh.

Wouldn't that same religion bar them from having a baby out of wedlock?

toevlogsoord…. looks like we were both posting at the same time, lol!

But unexpected pregnancies happen, even when using birth control. IDK, maybe referring to themselves as being "engaged" was more "acceptable" so to speak, with everyone expecting they would soon marry. Kelsey's mom seems to be quite open minded, especially since her son (Kelsey's brother), is in a same sex marriage, and she is not at all estranged from him or his husband. JMO.

Someone posted in one of the threads an original article naming several family members and thier positions before it was scrubbed. <modsnip - rumor>
It was removed from one news article but is present in this one:

Frazee, 32, is believed to be one of the last people to have seen Berreth, on Thanksgiving Day, and communicated with her via text three days later, before she went missing. WATCH: Video released of missing 29-year-old Woodland Park woman He has numerous relatives connected to law enforcement. His brother, Sean, works for the Colorado Springs Police Department. That latest statement suggests he won’t be at the presser...and also that they never asked permission to search previously.

Officers search home of Kelsey Berreth's fiancé
FLORISSANT, Colo. - ABC News reports that a search warrant is being executed at Kelsey Berreth's fiancé's home.

According to ABC News Correspondent, Clayton Sandell, an FBI Evidence Response Team is on the scene helping with the operation.

Woodland Park Police and the Colorado Bureau of Investigations are still working on the case, and according to the attorney statement, Frazee has been a part of the investigation.

It's about time!!! I hope they also have scent dogs.

when they search your property they remove you from the site and take you into temp custody even if you aren't arrested. it's to preserve the search and prevent interference or absconding.

Maybe for a supervised visit with CB?

You make a good point.

We do not know if he is keeping Kelsey’s mom away from baby or if she even asked for sure. Or that they had definite dinner plans. Everything is vague.

FBI helps any LE agency that asks...they can get electronic info much quicker and have the best labs etc...no crossing state lines necessary these days.

He is likely being taken in for questioning and meeting his lawyer at the station, imo.

they may be going over evidence, possibly related to that car.

Have there been other missing women associated with the Frazee family in past years?

Can you please link the source for this info? (Not that I don't believe you!) TIA
It may gross 100,000$ a year, but what does it net?

Can you provide a link for this? I have heard this is not always the case via search and seizure protections.
