I’ve always believed those teeth were completely unrelated. Based on that tooth in the fire pit, I’m now convinced they are.

PF is as dumb as a bag of rocks, but he wouldn’t have kept KB’s teeth in an envelope. My guess is that they were kept after a tooth extraction. For what purpose? Who the hell knows.

I can't remember but they were found to be adult teeth right?

I was going to say, really weird probably, but my mom kept some of our baby teeth. 'Tis how I found out the tooth ferry didn't exist.

She won’t leave her kids though. But that absolutely happens, especially with medical professionals that have lost their license in the US.

Most medical professional will chose to not renew. The license will show expired and not revoked.

A little trick of the trade.

I'm unsure of how that "trick" would allow someone to continue on as a nurse after a felony conviction. The person wouldn't have a license and wouldn't pass a background check if they did try to renew their license at a later date.

You don't even need to be a former nurse to fraudulently practice nursing - she's a criminal and could do anything. But, that would be another crime and not the board ignoring her conviction and not revoking her license. Which is what we were talking about.

Even if they couldn’t do anything legally, had this guy come forward, two things could have happened:

PF would have known that law enforcement was aware of these statements, and thought twice about murder.

KK would have probably ran for the hills.

You are correct. She could not legally practice as an RN, in the US.

Many take on private positions for the wealthy they don't really care about a license.

ETA.... It only becames illegal if she uses"RN", behind her name. Medical laws are based on the use of a legal professional title that licensure is required.

Yes, I have an opinion about KK. She is a still alive victim of brutal emotional, mental and what sounds like some physical abuse by Patrick. She should still be held accountable for failing to report Patrick’s solicitation for murder attempts, and for her involvement with the post murder clean up. I have believed her story from day 1 because of clear indications Patrick was a psychopath. As a victim of Patrick’s tactics, she must have acted as victims do: comply with actions against her own morals in order to live and keep Patrick from killing her loved ones. It’s an impossible lose-lose situation to be in.

I believed her, too, simply because nobody confesses to what she did without having done it and the evidence backs it up.

You're kinder than I, though, as I see her going WAY out of her way to put herself in in PF's life and I don't think "morals" are a factor in her life, at all. While I know she was manipulated, I see her as a manipulator, as well.

see who is the signee for that account. Will be interesting to see as any liquid assets could be

Just thinking about where we are in the timeline, which is the order the case is also being presented in.

The prosecution has covered up to the fire, both just before and just after.

If SF is going to testify, it’s gotta be very soon. If she doesn’t testify come Tuesday, then I don’t think it’s going to happen.

We’re still waiting on expert witnesses to discuss the blood and other physical evidence, and hopefully people to testify in regards to what was found on the Frazee devices.

A few more bombshells, the defense flopping around like a dying fish, and PF should should find himself a convicted murderer by Thanksgiving.

Good grief, even without poor Kelsey's body, there's absolutely no doubt who murdered her, in my eyes.

A freaking bloody nose? Really? Then he proceeded to ask if Moore thought that they could find any blood because he washed his clothes? He may as well confessed right there and then.

He knew that phone call was going to be recorded, yet the dummy asked if anything was disrupted by the red barn.

At least Moore called LE and Patrick's attorney after that call. I am sure it wasn't easy to do so, but he didn't wait for LE to come to him first. I am sure he's upset with himself for not saying something sooner, but he probably didn't think Patrick would actually kill Kelsey.

While I'm disgusted that he never warned Kelsey, I understand that his mind just couldn't go there and think that PF, whom he loved, would actually do such a thing. For that, I have compassion for him and, I'm sure, he's suffering knowing he may have been able to prevent what happened. The Idaho crew don't have that excuse.

Ok, I found the discussion by the defense in regard to the letter from the DA. These were the terms of the deal, and the items that had to be true. It begins at about the 47 minute mark of Sam’s last Facebook Live, and this is what he remembers:

KK was solicited by Frazee.

She came to Colorado and met Berreth (coffee incident).

KK didn’t follow through, and abandoned the plans.

Kelsey was killed on the 22nd.

KK didn’t know it was going to happen (big one for me).

She helped Frazee cover up the crime.

If these things couldn’t be corroborated, then the plea deal would be voided.
