This is what KK needed to know right here. She would have been next.

Wow is right. The Defense rested without calling a single witness of their own.

I guess when they aint got nothing, they aint got nothing. :)

Well they did have PF and SF that they could have called to testify, but I suppose that is as good as nothing so why bother. :)

    What wonderful thoughts.:)
PF would again, spend his time in Court, pleading 'non guilty' to all these charges.
I guess, it would be a waste of resources, as LWOP will keep the moron locked up forever.
    MOO.

After all the blood splattering baseball hitting bludgeoning to death over 15 hits on Kelsey's body it does not surprise me they did not bring in someone who's going to go after something is small as writing analysis....

I don’t understand why the judge said, I assume in front of the jury, that there was enough evidence for burglary. Talk about suggestion.

Is evil even a strong enough word for him? I don't think we even have one strong enough for what this sick0 did to Kelsey. Walking the baby through that afterwards. I hope Kelsey's body was already in the tote before he walked Baby K through there. Not to mention, she was awake and in a walker.

It’s ultimately up to him, and he’s as arrogant as he is stupid. I’m sure the defense was trying to get him a deal on day one, and he decided to roll the dice.

    He lost!

And I thought making the phone call regarding the Nash Ranch from the jail to JM when he knew the line was recorded was as stupid as PF could get. Wrong!

I think the jury was excused at that point.

    @GoJacks what say you?

Like others here, I wonder what chance he has of an appeal? I certainly hope this is a done deal and we won’t see attempts for an appeal. If he lives that long. I honestly don’t see him lasting very long in the general population.

    Jury was not in there.

They were excused after prosecution rested their case.

After one jailhouse letter believed to be from #PatrickFrazee listed all of the names, it read: "They all need to disappear unseen until at least Nov. 22, after the trial." @csgazette#KelseyBerreth

And I mean, really???? Gee, that would not be suspicious at all. What a good strategy! PF should have just represented himself, he is so smart!

Though both rested their case, we will not have closing arguments today. That’s because the judge and both attorneys are still deciding on jury instructions. The defense is seeking lesser charges.

The state has rested its case. Judge Scott Sells again advised Frazee of his rights to testify and remain silent. Frazee chose to remain silent. The defense then rested without calling witnesses.

As soon as we got back into court after lunch, the prosecution rested in the #KelseyBerreth murder trial. The defense has rested, too - they did not bring any witnesses. #9News

Certainly, this inmate would be his next target etc, etc.:eek:
The Inmate would be aware of this, and now he also is targeted, for snitching about PF.

What happens to the Inmate now?
Hope some sort of protection, as his life is certainly at risk.
Hope this occurs as otherwise, others, in similar Criminal cases, will stay quiet, to save their own skins.
    Morons everywhere.
    MOO.

I hope I can put this here.

Listen very carefully to his words. His fiance the mother of his child is missing and there's blood all over her home. And statement analysis a killer never ask for help for the victim they always ask for help for themselves.

    Here ya go:
"The letter to another jail inmate, again...
"Help! Help! ME PLEASE! I repay however. My life and my little girl's life depends on you!"

In all seriousness, and this IS serious, LE needs to dig DEEP to see what else PF has done. This is a guy who has traveled around different places in his farrier work and possibly also to buy or sell cattle. Given what we know now, LE ought to be pulling his cell phone records as far back as possible, and using whatever other means to track his movements and plot out his whereabouts versus unsolved murders/missing persons cases.

He’s shown enough of a disregard for human life that I don’t think KB was the first. I think all he needed was opportunity. And I would start with his father, no matter what the listed cause of death is.
