I plan on it! Yesterday I was traveling but today I plan on following the tweets if nothing else. I can only sporadically stream.

I hope that the state strengths their case and that the jury can get past reasonable doubt. It sounds like the last jury all thought he was guilty but couldn't get to a guilty verdict based on the case presented. Hopefully the second time around will be better.

MESA COUNTY, Colo. Testimony continues for the third day in the trial of Lester Jones...

Tensions were high today as both prosecutors and defense attorneys addressed Joseph Carruth. A man linked to Birgfeld through the same services Jones has said he utilized.

Also taking the stand was investigator Norcross. She led jurors through all phone records during the time of Birgfeld's disappearance.

MCSO retraces highway investigation in Jones retrial

MESA COUNTY, Colo. (KJCT) -- Investigators and deputies who traced Highway 50 following Paige Birgfeld's disappearance took the stand in the retrial of Lester Jones Wednesday.

Jones is accused of kidnapping and murdering Birgfeld in 2007.

Attorneys focused Wednesday's proceedings specifically on Highway 50, where many of Birgfeld’s belongings were found scattered. The investigation took place between mile marker 42 and 51.
