Prosecution says "there is o single piece of pivotal evidence- we admit that" but says needle sheath found in dryer is important #BarryMorphew #SuzanneMorphew
@CBSDenver

Ouch.

Maybe rework as: "Instead if building our strong case around a single pivot, we have introduced layers of interlocking facts and evidence to show that BM had the motive and opportunity to murder his wife, SM, and made a series of attempts to cover up his crimes, including ongoing attempts to influence and obstruct investigations, dispose of evidence and then profit from them through his sales of..."

He added that the bicycle look staged, the bike helmet was staged and #BarryMorphew admitted to being in that area. The fireplace evidence... "We had burned stuff that week," according to BM. 5 separate trash runs, the tranquilizer evidence is significant.

Oh wow. This explains the “Turkey” excuse! Here’s your premeditation.

On Saturday between 11:30 and 1 pm, the last day there's proof Suzanne was alive, Barry removed the game cameras near their home. The tranquilizer cap found in the Morphew dryer is a key piece of evidence, and prosecutors say he had injuries on the outside of his hands.

that's what we were guessing he was doing for that time .....

OMG I have no words literally. He did hunt her down.
He hunted her like one of his animals. We've known, but it's so mortifying to hear out loud.

Deputy D.A. said #BarryMorphew couldn't say bye to Suzanne because she isn't there (May 10). The tranquilizer evidence is significant. Agent Grusing said the biologist talked about if SM was tranquilized she would have hypoxia and would lightly snore.

I know the Judge doesn’t need all of the other stuff that we all know included in the state’s closing argument, since he has it already. I’m expecting a fiery capable close from the defense. They are good. Hopefully style has nothing to do with freeing a murderer.

Removing the game cameras -- don't recall hearing evidence of that during the PH. How did we not know that? JMO.

And I think the tweets are a little confusing. Hoping we can read the AA. Love this about BM removing the game cameras near their home!

Attorney Sean Connelly is now talking. He's representing Barry Morphew.

"This case is based on supposition — no dead body," he starts. "It is remarkable what we just heard." There is no physical evidence and no eyewitnesses, he continues.

"This case can't go forward."

They are probably there so they can all chip in on his bail money.

I'm sure the Moorman's knew, no wonder they didn't want to be there, it would be impossible not to want to choke him out.

This proves premeditation! He removed the game cameras between 11:30 and 1:00, went into town, came back and hunted her down at 2:44.

@LaurenScharfTV

Deputy D.A. said #BarryMorphew told LE that she was alseep and lightly snoring the last time he saw #SuzanneMorphew. "The 'I'm done' text from Suzanne is pathetic words by Mrs. Morphew... the state asks that you bind the defendant over and hold him without bond."

WAIT she couldn’t have been snoring when he left. Wasn’t she dead already?

Did he cover her with the brown towel so he current didn't have to look at her drunk (drugged, tranqued) eyes anymore?

Exactly! I did not like that wording either.

Which to me means he removed the home cameras too, question is how did he get SM prints or dna on the cables.
