Thank God he didn't work the Schelling case, if a body and blood are a requirement for him.

I’m not understanding because if he was discredited by Internal Affairs how his testimony or thoughts on Barry’s arrest are even relevant? Everyone has an opinion but why does his matter since he has been formally accused of being untruthful? Thanks in advance!

IMO it is not relevant it is just Defense creating a side show. I am not sure why Cahill would even answer the question asked by D today“What has changed in the case”. He is off the case so any answer is speculation.

Chaffee County Sheriff John Spezze took the stand and was asked about the timing of #BarryMorphew arrest. CBI wanted LE to wait a little longer to get evidence test results back & to keep talking w/ Morphew. Sheriff told CBI Dir, Deputy Dir. he had concerns of Morphew fleeing.

Great answer. I can't imagine the defense wanting a jury to hear that bit of info, so they may have just shut down that whole issue.

So... Barry and the two daughters cracked jokes and laughed during the court hearing which is the most outrageous, disrespectful, wicked courtroom behavior ever! How dare his attorney's allow such jovial mannerisms in the courtroom.

I suppose this goes to show the girls are immature and totally controlled held in the Stockholm Syndrome by their evil father. moo

I think because CBI’s comment were prior to the arrest and the preliminary. When an arrest warrant is written LE is saying they have a case and are ready to proceed to trial. If the investigators are saying they weren’t ready that is a problem.

Liquidating assets always seems like a clue that someone is going to leave town. But this one seems especially suspicious on Page 46.
In February 2021 BM sold BACK the property at Longhorn ranch at a LOSS of $10,000.
He can’t really say that it was purchased to build him and SM a home because he bought it in June 2020 about 6 weeks after she went missing.

In April 2021 about a month before his arrest he tells Grusing that selling off his assets was for for him to get out of here.

He threatens Suzanne with suicide, but what does he do? Kills her. Then he tells agents he’s thought of suicide, but what does he do? Plans an escape. Barry never would have and never will commit suicide. He loves himself WAY too much. He’s got a life to live!

Too bad not sad Bare. If you do get off, and that’s a big IF, you won’t have any $$ left for “living the life” you think you deserve. I & D are going to “fleece” you. No more million dollar homes and fancy Vacays.
However, with any luck, you’ll be broke AND in jail.

We only see a small portion of one tire, but there is not a single pebble from the road.

I hope that any pebbles that were found in the bike tires are in evidence, proving they came from Puma Path, or from a different location (like the last place Suzanne actually rode her bike).

If Barry was smart, he would have walked the bike down there so that any residue on the tires would have come from Puma Path.
