PE has on their Andy Search Story Map a wide angle picture of the ‘little tree’ scene that gives a better look at its location. Apparently it’s near the Puma Path residence.

Suzanne Moorman Morphew

That is interesting. Lets hope LE checks that area out as well if they have not already.

That little tree with the rocks sure looked interesting and is easily accessible.

Lol. CM just tweeted

Folks let's all be patient. Remember this is a search effort and the authorities must check the boxes as well ok? That's part of the investigative process, but this is how it's done. #suzannemorphew #helpfindsuzannemoorman

Oh surely he is kidding! After I lost a good nights sleep last night, NOW he is telling us to be patient and this is how it’s done?

Perhaps they have been, didn’t AM at one point say he was comfortable with that? I thought it was notable, but it wasn’t just BMs property, IIRC. My old experimenter POV, this could be control factor.
forty threads, pages how do y’all find AMs comments, I believe it was in first days of searching... JMPM

let’s just suppose they have actually extensively searched a particular area, well documented with several different cadaver dogs, how would you explain a hit yesterday?

I’m wondering about this, too. I can’t accept that LE hasn’t done these searches, numerous times. I am not being sarcastic on this, honestly, but if we trusted them to have this, I am going to be very disappointed if we find otherwise, as I am sure you will too.
just recently a young woman who disappeared at a casino in 2005 was found on the killers property in 2020 - he was a no body conviction caught on surveillance leaving with her. They searched his 4 acre property and didn't find her until a specific tip came in - Christie Wilson - she has a thread here. My point is, they can search over and over and miss a body or what may be left and finally find it after many attempts.
GUILTY - CA - Christie Wilson, 27, murdered, Roseville, 5 Oct 2005 *found in 2020*

The only time i recall ever seeing little rocks like that around a tree is when people have burried their pets, Its hard to tell from that picture but do any of the other surround trees have rocks around them? the rocks make it appear a little odd, like somebody put them their to identify the tree.

My pure speculation, the little tree cairn, I believe BM may have a sense of humor, the Aspens look wilted, planted after announcement of search?
Rocks definitely placed there.
Where is the missing elk carcass, could something have been added to completely throw dogs off? Human blood?

I first thought perhaps AM was making sure they found something, that might keep the search for his sister going, one could understand that, certainly... hmmmm

Thinking aloud...

BBM:

We do not know that LE left the site.

We have no proof that LE did not secure it.

We only have a verbal claim by the PE guys on their YouTube channel that LE was not at the site.

For all we know, the PE guys have been working with LE and put that misinformation out in the hopes that BM would hear and go out last night under cover of darkness to try to move/remove evidence.

I actually think there's an extremely strong possibility that's the case.

I'm genuinely shocked that no one else appears to see it as the likeliest explanation for all of PE's bumfuzzling behavior.

I'm extremely intrigued to hear what the PE guys will have to say for themselves.

Anyway, regardless of what the PE guys have said, there's no way LE didn't secure that site overnight.

None.

JMO.
Man I hope you’re right. I can’t speak for anyone else but I think my optimism just ran out or something. This case has had me on an emotional roller coaster b/c I want Suzanne to be found so badly and the person who killed her to pay. I feel like if I dare have hope again it will be for nothing. :(

Finding out the sheriff is out on medical actually makes me feel better about the seemingly lack of communication (w/Andy) the last couple of days.

I’m going to think positive thoughts again. Man I hope they find her!

The tree is near the puma Path residence. The dig going on right now is the longhorn ranch property.

The site of the current dig not being BM’s property kind of makes sense. I don’t see why BM would have ever let AM or LE on that property to search unless they had a warrant.
Thanks, I think I finally got it! I was really confused yesterday when the PE guys said AM was waiting by the tree because I assumed it was on the property where the dog alerted over the weekend and a second dog hit in the same spot yesterday.

Yeah, I was confused too until I saw that story page update a few minutes ago.

Who knows what PE was up to last night.

Maybe that’s where he buried the ring. I just can’t see that jerk tossing the ring or a valuable necklace she may have been wearing. Keeping the goods “close to home?” MOO

Nope, not new. There have been several changes since opened in May.
Oh okay, my mistake then. I checked cached versions of the page and saw an original version from May, then a revision to the page sometime in June, and then the version of the page that was live today. Thank you for the clarification and info

The PE storymap page has info on the three sites that had cadaver dogs hits. Scroll along the top to the “Andy’s Search” tab and then begin reading.

Site 1: Salida job site beach
Site 2: wooded lot area that shows the newly planted trees. Near puma Path residence.
Site 3: Longhorn Ranch property being dug up currently.

Suzanne Moorman Morphew

I wouldn’t read much into PE’s verbiage about LE dismissing those sites because they are clearly digging site #3.

This is EXACTLY what I have been asking in regard to locations with the comments on each “hit” location of what LE has done/not done. If true. ‍ Thank you!!

Im wondering if that tree or the rocks at least were put there on purpose (its been rumoured things like that were going on) and PE played along that Andy was there and falling for one of his diversions when in actual fact Barry was being diverted and feds were getting ready to move where they are now? Maybe i just think to much

Just caught up a bit with an archeologist friend; we were talking about how fast technology has evolved in the last decade, especially with regard to ground penetrating radar.

Out of curiosity, I briefly searched the availability of GPR in Colorado. Man, forget the weed business, GPR seems where it’s at! Lots of active hiring notices, too.
