HEARING SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 3, 2015 - 9:00 a.m.

The judge ruled in favor of the appointment of special District Attorney Jennifer Nichols from Memphis in the Holly Bobo murder case.

The judge said other motions would be heard in the case at 9 a.m. June 3

Dylan Adams now faces first-degree murder and aggravated kidnapping charges, according to the indictments. Adams previously has been charged in the case with rape and tampering with evidence. He is being held in Weakley County.

Dylan Adams' brother, Zach Adams, and Jason Autry now face aggravated rape charges according to the indictments.

Zach Adams and Autry previously were charged early last year with first-degree murder and aggravated kidnapping in the April 2011 disappearance of the nursing student..

All three men are expected to be arraigned on the new charges on June 3rd, according to the Decatur County Court System.

State intends to seek death penalty against 3 men charged in Bobo case

All three men are now charged with three counts of first degree murder, three counts of aggravated rape and two counts of especially aggravated kidnapping. The state filed notice and intent to seek death penalty against all three on Wednesday.

The court will now need to appoint additional lawyers for Zachary Adams and Dylan Adams with death penalty experience.

Autry now wants to be declared indigent to help pay for his defense.

A hearing date has been set for him for August 26, and it is expected to deal with an anticipated motion to dismiss filed by his attorney.

Dylan Adams also asked to be declared indigent.

Judge doesn’t expect Holly Bobo case to go to trial before 2017

The state filed a motion to sever Dylan Adams’ trial from a trial for Zachary Adams and Jason Autry. A date has not been set to review that motion.

None of the accused suspects appeared in court Wednesday and
another status hearing is scheduled for March 2, 2016 at 10 a.m.

Zach Adam's trial was scheduled to begin on July 10. However, the trial was delayed to September 11 after prosecutors surprised everyone last week by revealing they recently recovered a gun that would be introduced as evidence.
