There are quite a few Charles Napolitano's in the East Hartford area. There is no middle name or initial on this particular case. Having said that, should his middle initial be J - there is a good possibility his mother passed just a couple of weeks before his disappearance, and his paternal grandmother earlier in the year.

I am unable to find photos on a general search, however I will say that CT newspapers do not make finding archived info easy.
