Trial continues on Wednesday, 2/7/24. No court on Friday, 2/9/24 or Monday, 2/12/24.

State shows the Ford seats, asks PG which seat is which.

JS objects, nonresponsive

Overruled

PG says he can't tell without seeing a side view.

PG identifies his Tacoma. Color, style, snowplow mount.

PG testifies that just once did he go with FD to bring the Tacoma to 80 MS. Doesn't recall the day.

State shows video. FD in the Tacoma, PG in the Raptor.

Video timestamp 5/23. 4:57 pm

5:01 pm the Raptor leaves.

State showing video screen grab of the Tacoma.

PG identifies his truck.

State asks if PG was driving his Tacoma on the morning of May 24th? No

Where did you think your Tacoma was? 80 MS

State asks about the object in the bed of the truck. PG says he only had bungy cords in his truck bed.

State asks PG about the gas station stop on May 24th. Used a FORE CC issued to his name, saved the receipt.

State shows the receipt. 22.6 gallons (Tacoma only holds 17 gallons)

PG went to 80 MS to see if FD was there. PG wanted his Tacoma/key.

Video 5/24 4:58pm. Raptor turns in at 80 MS

PG estimates he was there for 10 minutes...walked around the yard....

He left in the Raptor. Shortly thereafter at 5:02 the Suburban with the Thule and the Cherokee depart. The Cherokee pulled out first, then let the Suburban go first.

Aerial shot of 80 MS, 77 MS

PG describes where he encountered FD and MT that day. Vehicles were on the garage apron. 300' from the road. Not visible from the road.

Ps. At 80MS in those views just shown with PG, that appears to be a concrete driveway. Not asphalt as I indicated yesterday. So perhaps FD just didn’t want a dirty driveway with possible oil leaking from the Toyota? If that is the same residence that was in question/discussion yesterday. MOO

Video. 5/24. 5:14pm FD and PG returning to 80 MS in the Raptor.

State asks which car was MT driving, doesn't recall

Objection, asked and answered, covered this already

Judge says the routes between the three properties is confusing also even if this testimony duplicates, he'll allow it. Overruled.

5:22 pm video shows the Suburban return

5:27 pm Suburban, Tacoma and Raptor depart

State has a photo of the 4 JC garage.

PG says the French-style bicycle was not in the photo/garage. Suggesting the general area/hook where FD usually kept it.

But State has an AV fail. No further questions.
