Now that testimony in Civil Trial concluded, what part of this approved testimony by MT was not answered in court already? I expected MT might be called as a rebuttal witness but that did not appear to happen -- correct?

A Superior Court judge has ruled Michelle Troconis must answer 18 questions in a deposition in a civil lawsuit involving her ex-boyfriend Fotis Dulos, who along with Troconis has been charged in connection with the May disappearance of Dulos’ estranged wife Jennifer Farber Dulos.

Weinstein is representing Gloria Farber and the estate of Hilliard Farber, Jennifer’s father, in a civil lawsuit against The Fore Group, Dulos’ home building company, alleging that he owes the estate more than $2.5 million in loans that were used to purchase houses in the Farmington Valley. Dulos is claiming the money was a gift, not a loan. The civil trial is slated to start next week in Hartford Superior Court.

Weinstein sought to depose Troconis to gather information on what she knows about Dulos’ spending habits and use of company credit cards. A frustrated Weinstein filed a motion to compel Troconis to answer his questions with Judge Cesar A. Noble, who this week ruled that Troconis must answer roughly 10% of the questions from the deposition.

Many of them are mundane such as whether or not she has a U.S. passport or is a citizen of Argentina. But some relate to whether she observed Dulos doing business in several locales. The judge has compelled her to answer questions about who Dulos may have met with when he visited her in Miami Beach, Florida or in Vail, Colorado.
Noble is allowing Troconis to assert the Fifth Amendment to any questions about her relationship with Dulos, any knowledge she may have of The Fore Group’s finances and whether she has any information on how Dulos is paying for the litany of attorneys representing him in criminal, civil, family and probate court. Noble also said she doesn’t have to answer questions about her time living on Jefferson Court in Farmington with Dulos.
Troconis is not on Weinstein’s witness list for the civil trial that begins Tuesday and is expected to last two or three days. She could still be called as a rebuttal witness if, as expected, Dulos takes the stand and testifies on his own behalf.
The lawsuit alleges that Hilliard Farber transferred approximately $10 million to Fore Group and that Fore Group transferred approximately $7.3 million back to Farber. Hilliard Farber has since died and his wife Gloria, as executor of his estate, is the plaintiff in this case. The lawsuit claims that the amounts transferred were loans and seeks to recover approximately $2,541,831.
