My opinion is that FDs plan was always to frame his employee for JFDs murder. Which I wholeheartedly believe is bullpuckey, but to me, everything FD did and used was within the plan to use EE as the fall guy. I 100000000% believe EE/PG is innocent and just a pawn in the disgusting FD game.

I am not entirely sure that he specifically wanted EE charged, but I do think what he wanted was some reasonable doubt spread all over the place. And don’t think he would have minded if that reasonable doubt was casting EE in the seat of suspicion and speculation.

Attorney Habib has a pre-trial hearing today....the beat goes on for the dynamic Dulos legal team....

Picture 4 quote: “the love for every living creature is the most noble attribute of man”:

What about Jennifer and her 5 kids, and GF? And your own daughter, as well? Where’s your love for them?

Wouldn’t that mean doing the right thing and sharing what you know about her disappearance?

Please - what am I missing here?

42. That based upon the above facts and circumstances, Affiant John Kimball asserts there to be Probable Cause to believe that FOTIS DULOS (DOB: 08/06/1967) did on Friday May 24, 2019, in the town of New Canaan, Connecticut commit the following crimes on the person of Jennifer Farber Dulos which resulted in her death:

MURDER (Section 53a-54a C.G.S.)
FELONY MURDER (Section 53a?54c C.G.S.)

KIDNAPPING IN THE FIRST DEGREE (Section 538-92 C.G.S.) A
What you are missing is that probable cause is not the same thing as proof of murder. There most certainly is probably cause to believe FD commit murder. But that most certainly does not mean that he in fact did commit the murder. Besides, we were discussing NP's contention that FD contended that someone dumped the bloody clothes on his property. We/I was also discussing doubt and whether FD's contention would create reasonable doubt or not. I maintained it would not create reasonable doubt. <modsnip>

When Fotis Dulos was booked in January on charges of killing his estranged wife, Jennifer, there was a coded message in the courtroom.
He was escorted by two female state police officers. The blouse worn by one was purple, the color of domestic violence awareness.
It was not a sea of purple inside the courtroom, but the accents were in intriguing places: A ribbon over the nameplate of a state police officer. Neckties and ribbons worn by officers and detectives.
“Since there was a domestic violence aspect to the case, the detectives wore ties from the CT Coalition Against Domestic Violence,” police acknowledged.
It was, nevertheless, a subtle protest. The public discourse over domestic violence demands bolder action.
Fotis Dulos is now dead of an apparent suicide, charges against him were dropped Tuesday, and Jennifer remains missing. She never coded her claims that he verbally abused and threatened her. Everything was clear in documents she filed during their turbulent two-year divorce case.
But domestic violence has a losing record in divorce court. Studies suggest the courts are dubious of such accusations in custody cases. Part of the problem is that domestic violence is still thought of only as physical, with less regard for coercive actions.
Reform has already taken place in other parts of the world. England and Wales became the first nations to criminalize controlling behavior, making it punishable with up to five years in jail.
Back in Connecticut, state Sen. Alex Kasser, whose district includes Greenwich and parts of Stamford and New Canaan, is aiming high. Her legislation, named “Jennifer’s Law” after her missing constituent, would redefine the phrase “domestic violence” in family court cases. Currently, the priority is the evergreen phrase “in the best interests of the child.” Nothing is more important for a child than safety.
Kasser (who recently changed her name from Bergstein following her divorce) is attempting to require judges to make domestic violence dangers the priority in custody cases, rather than an afterthought.
In the Dulos case, Jennifer repeatedly testified about threats, but the judge denied her requests for emergency custody of their five children citing a lack of evidence.
Kasser is blaming the law, not the judge who followed it. Evidence of coercive behavior may be more commonly available because of texts, emails and social media than it was a generation ago, but a judge follows an outdated definition of domestic abuse.
Among the many welcome changes in this legislation is a wise one to require that training for judges be conducted by experts with a background of working with domestic violence victims.
For months, Kasser has been doing her homework by consulting victims and experts. In a short session, her colleagues will have limited time to focus on this bill, but they need to hear the call for sweeping changes, and how they might enhance rather than dismiss it.
They need to seize this opportunity to crack the code.

"The love for every living creature..' while they pride themselves on killing things and flaunting their flesh and skin?

Bizarre.

And yes, your question is quite important.

Here's the pic ya'll been waiting for. Took a lot of resources to obtain

That looks like Fotis - dressed up in white Brooks Brothers shirt and a jacket, with no tie and a sexy babe
in a wedding gown train and shorts. It looks like she's camping it up for the photo, but not a lot of
happy guys in background

Maybe this was a modeling picture.

I HATE to admit it, but Fotis was good looking enough to be a model.
It really turns my stomach to say anything nice about him.

So, if you have all the answers already, then why are you still following this thread?

I responded to this post quoting the actual AW charging FD with MURDER. When one is charged by LE with MURDER, LE is stating their intent to prove that charge. Yes, we know that being charged is not the same as proof.
