Either NP's counting on the Joe Biggs trial in Washington being over by the night of his comedy gig, or he's no longer involved in that trial because his law license suspension will have started.

I believe I mentioned a couple of years ago that I was talking about this case with a friend, who said that a friend of hers knows Norm-and that he is actually a very fun, and entertaining, party guest. Would you believe that women really like him? Jeez-what d’you suppose he will talk about, and entertain people with?

The final Probate record reported Aug 2022 at $137,500 is only $500 more than the initial settlement reported July 2021 per OP's quoted link ($137,000).

More importantly, there was no dispute NP was due $113K and the balance was returned to the Estate which didn't make a dent in the already insolvent Estate.

Hug told Daly that Pattis was able to demonstrate that some of the retainer was payment for prior services, which is why he was not required to return the full amount.

Personally, I'm still scratching my head over Attorney Hug's sticky fingers.

Whoops, I looked at the wrong figure--the $194,791+ - from the way it seems to be with the "P&S settlement" on the list. And I feel the same way about Hug's take, tho' I imagine there were quite a few hours there-e.g.,haggling with NP over that give-back.

Yeah I'm there with you. Everyone involved knows that FIVE CHILDREN LOST THEIR PARENTS yet alllll the adults, save Weinstein and Dranginis (sp?) seem to be in it for the $$$$.

Starting with the exotic car-collecting Guardian Ad Litem, iirc imho.

I'm sure that Gloria Farber's attorneys are compensated fairly, but these imho clowns who had a hand in settling the estate forgot all about the 5 orphaned children.

Wallet weigh-in, anyone? Jmho, of course.

Hypothetically, and all that, and your mileage may vary.
