Still Missing CT - Jennifer Dulos, 50, New Canaan, 24 May 2019 *ARRESTS* #56

I have sort of come to the conclusion that there are people who know of MT’s involvement in the murder, that would drop a dime on MT, if she really dirties up his reputation. Someone like Dulos’s sister, for example. Ok, maybe that’s farfetched, but it seems to be a real head scratcher for me, that she would rather comment publicly about Jennifer and her poor character, than about fD, when it would make much more sense to. I have been running this over and over in my head ever since MT started trying to portray Jennifer as crazy, drug-addicted, suicidal, or vindictive enough to set them all up, while she stays in hiding. There aren’t many reasons why she would still be protecting him. It might be as simple as protecting him, is protecting herself, because you can’t separate their actions. I don’t know-but she is doing it for a reason, because she is facing a long prison term, and you would think she would attempt to say that she was afraid of him and could do nothing except what she did, for her own safety. There must be incontrovertable evidence that she wasn’t afraid of him.

Gone girl theory. MT/JS looking for evidence that JFD was of unsound mind and capable of running away. Casting reasonable doubt that she was murdered by FD. What about his suicide note -- saying neither MT or KM was involved. Colangelo said it proves FD knew what happened to JFD. Wonder if prosecution will bring that note into evidence? I believe that note was sent to Pattis by FD by phone, and that NP published it on the internet. If so, will the state call NP as a witness, b/c he essentially waived attorney-client privilege. But then NP tried to argue--post-mortem--FD's claim that someone tried to frame him by putting the bloody evidence on his porch. If the state goes there can it raise reasonable doubt?

@Jmoose I think you hit it on the head with this statement. Fotis and Mt’s actions are entertwined and she is certainly not clever enough to find a way around it. She is character disordered enough though to believe getting JD out of the way was for the best - for the kids, for her for Fotis. I think she truly bought everything Fotis told her - under his spell if you will - and thought she was going to live like a Princess once Jennifer was gone. A true fairy tale. I honestly think her grasp of reality is tenuous. Just Imo

I don't think there's anything unique about MT. She knows Fd charmed the psychologists, wined and dined them-- in a gracious environment funded by JD, and they wrote favorable things about him -- and maybe even his paramour.

JD was too busy protecting herself and her children and had no time to play charming!

MT is like every other sociopath who changes and/or adjusts their strategy to match the evidence. Barry Morphew did the same during a twelve-month investigation -- kept changing his story to fit the evidence as it was slowly revealed to him.

Most recently, MT seems to have convinced herself that Dr. Herman will somehow be a key witness (and her actions simply continue to follow a strategy that JLS believes will match Herman's report)!

Why? Probably because this report was ordered by the Family Court to assist with deciding custody matters, and never mind it has long been sealed by the Court!

It's never a good strategy for a defendant to blame the dead defendant who can't defend himself --especially when you can't call any witnesses without incriminating yourself.

For every witness that would support MT's claim that Fd was a brute who wanted JD gone, they would also have to testify that MT was right there next to Fd -- until circumstances (such as an arrest) prevented it. MOO

But -- if KM is expected to be sworn as a witness during MT's trial what in the world is he doing in that courtroom?

Ahh-Marissa said that KM’s attorney was in the courtroom where MT’skury selection was taking place-but not skM. He was in a conference room, waiting for his attorney to come back to him. That makes marginally more sense. But what was KM’s attorney in there for? Surely he knows how to find the correct courtroom?

Yes-as of the end of last week, there had been 9 jurors. Maybe someone heard about Marisela Arreaza’s laser stare of death that she was breaking out for KM, and got scared?

Exactly, completely dysfunctional. What was the purpose of walking into KM’s courtroom? He’s probably scratching his own head about the insanity of this gesture. Very telling how out of touch these folks are (I can’t imagine any defense attorney sanctioning this behavior). Wow, JS really has a doozy of a client and I’m sure it’s lining his pockets just fine. IMO.
