IIRC JS has already stated something to this effect - That the State has spent so much money on this case that they needed to go after somebody after FD was no longer "available" so they turned their sites on Michelle. Ooops sorry she was already arrested and charged before he effectively killed himself.
All his cross examination was poppycock. You get arrested .. there are processes and procedures. They were done by the book.
She got photographed in her underwear? Oh was she wearing a thong? Cmon JS. Standard procedure done by a woman.
Maybe it rained maybe it didn't. Immaterial IMO.
JS' comment about Andy Bowman - what was that about him -JS indicates AB has been practicing for 50 years - we were prob in high school JS indicates to Kimball - is that meant to mean AB was less than competent and too old and senile?
Despite JS' attempts to paint Michelle as just a damsel in distress, JS's client is not even close to that.
She is definitely not a "faltering petunia" as my Mom would say. She has lived, played and competed - water ski's snow skiing - in highly comptetitive male dominated atmosphere's. She is more than capable of holding her own - as we saw in those interviews.
JS' cross so far is a huge Fail. Glaringly obvious there is no "gotcha" coming from him. Keeping my fingers crossed all the t's were crossed etc in this case thoughout the investigation. So far CT imo has done themselves proud.

Oh my. Time to put on the tin foil hats I guess.
JS brought a bunch of pretrial motions (haven't read any of these) to discredit the defence work of Atty Bowman for MT and law enforcement. I believe these particular motions were part of TP's then campaign to have the MT LE interviews tossed from the trial.
For those interested here is SA article about TP ongoing efforts pre trial to discredit law enforcement and MT prior attorney Bowman:
Quotes:
"The lawyer representing Michelle Troconis for her alleged involvement in the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos in May 2019 is accusing Troconis' former lawyer of mishandling the situation when he was in charge. It is one of several arguments Jon Schoenhorn has made seeking to throw out three interviews Troconis did with state police investigators".
"Schoenhorn is also looking to call attention to the moves made by Troconis' first lawyer, Andrew Bowman. Schoenhorn is maintaining that the lawyer, Bowman, mishandled the initial interactions with police and allowed her to sign a “notice of waiver of rights,” then speak with investigators following her arrest."
Details about Mama Troconis entering the fray on these proceedings as she testified in the prior hearings on the matter:
"Troconis' mother took the stand to describe the day before her daughter was arrested. Marisela Arreaza said state police officers in plain clothes had followed her, Troconis and her 12-year-old daughter, all day long, including trips for lunch, ice cream and a movie."
"State police eventually went to the hotel in Avon where Arreaza and Troconis were staying, and Troconis was placed under arrest and handcuffed shortly before midnight on June 1. Troconis was in her pajamas at the time, her mother said, and she was detained in front of her daughter by police. "She was calling for her mother, she was very anxious, she was crying loudly," said Arreaza."
FWIW its highly unusual to see CT attorneys attacking each other in Court....this is quite interesting but could speak also to the issues available that TP has to work with in this case. MOO
