And she said that sometimes PG would drive the Raptor? Yes

Asking witness about surveillance from M's property, across from 80 MS and you reviewed it, yes? Yes

And you coukd see the vehicles but not so was driving, right? Right

And you also reviewed video from 1J and it was motion activated, yes? Yes

Do you recall asking MT if PG was involved in the disappearance? Yes. And was that a ruse? No it was a sincere question. So he was a suspect? Yes

And PG was in New Canann, working on a house that was being built? Yes? And how aware there was video surveillance there? Yes. Motion or continuous? I don't know.

(I'm thinking that must be when the passenger in the Raptor can be seen on the video reaching into the back of the cab while they were stopped at the location where the envelope was placed in the storm drain.)

Didn't she tell you she had gum which was sticky and I wiped my fingers? Yes, you recall her saying that. Yes.

At no time did she say she was picking anything up? We couldn't tell what she was doing.

And she said she threw her gum and it was sticky? Abd she said that several times? Yes

JS is playing video of the interview when MT and her attorney stepped out.

Male voice, Colangelo. Do you remember him saying twice that he thinks she doesn't know?

what did you say? We said she was picking up her gum. She said she was wiping her hands. I didn't think she withhold clean her fingers on a city sidewalk.

When she was wiping her hand on the sidewalk, did you see her at any time touch the envelope? You did? In the video, you see that? I believe she touched it.

Did you see her touch the trash bags? No
Did you see her touched the rolled up rug? No

TP is now testifying about the Herman Report. This is all heresy evidence from FD (deceased) to MT who NEVER saw the discredited report which was tossed in Family Court by Judge.

Why WHY is this being allowed with no objection from State of Judge R?

FINALLY AN OBJECTION!

Judge R: Collateral matter - IRRELEVANT. Objection sustained.

FINALLY.

But then discussion on the report continues again....

Well, keep in mind that this is the cellphone log prepared by MT. So, IMO it cannot be relied upon without being independently verified.

However, her own log refutes the statement that she spent most of her time on Albany Ave talking on the phone with family and friends, as JAS said in his question.

Now JS is talking about the one time she's seen JFd.

MT told you that she learned about the mental health "things", the Herman report, and she met with Dr. Humphrey to understand what was in the report.

Objection. Sustained, irrelevant.

That if she was going to have go deal with her, MT wanted to find out about it? That's what she said.

And she told you that she heard Jacob on speakerphone and she was upset? Yes

And that she told Fotis everything was going to work out, leave it to the court. Witness says his recollection was FD said those things, that he was happy with the favorable report.

Maybe, although I don't recall anyone having referred to it as such in testimony, just portico and something like archway. Porte cochere sounds way fancier, haha
