MILFORD — Investigators probing a monthsold missing person case out of the city do not believe foul play was a factor in the woman’s disapperance, officials confirmed on Wednesday.
Deputy Police Chief Brian Rojee said 45-year-old Jennifer “Jen” Sullivan was reported missing by a family member on Jan. 30. An investigation immediately began, he said. Sullivan’s last known sighting to be in New London on Jan. 5.
