I came across this woman Svetlana Washington – The Charley Project, but she already went missing in 2003.

Here's her Websleuths thread. Height is only 1" off and age seems right. Uncasville is only 133 miles away from where Svetlana was last seen and like someone mentioned, there used to be daily buses from a company called Regency that went between NYC (Queens) and the CT casinos. (I think the company might have gone under after a fatal crash in 2023.)

That would be a long time to be missing but you never know if she was living a secret life somewhere before she passed. Did you submit?

PMI is 2 years, so I don't know. This MP went missing in 2013, from New Jersey.

Yiwen Wang is a Chinese National.
Height 5'0,
44 yrs when missing, so would have been 48 around 2017 (PMI 2 years before this person was found in 2019),
glasses.
No clothing prescription.

Wang suffers from schizophrenia. She needs medication which she doesn't have with her, and she may not recall her identity.

No idea if she could have survived on her own during the time gap.

I found this woman, last known address, Flushing NY, before that she lived in Stamford, CT. One of her Aka's is Wa Chan.

Nothing about her possibly be missing. Maybe someone else can find a missing poster on social media.

The skeleton of an Asian woman between 45-65 was found about 125 feet away from the mohegan sun casino’s winter lot in Uncasville, Connecticut on April 11, 2019. Her skeletal remains were found scattered in a wooded area.

This case is for missing woman Sunhee Miller. she fits in both the age and height range of the UID. She is from new york and was last seen on October 18, 2018. Her belongings and rental car were found at The Niagara River, above Niagara Falls after her disappearance. There is very little information on her case.

Rosan J Angulo was last seen by her son on June 2nd, 2017. She took some belongings of hers and may have been headed to New York, which borders Connecticut. Her height and age are also very similar to the UID.

I know someone called in Rosan but did you submit Sunhee? Since some details match and Niagara Falls is 455 miles from Uncasville.

Oops, someone in Sunhee's thread pointed out that NamUs says she was last contacted on October 18, 2019 (not 2018). And Jane Doe was found before that, in April 2019, so that wouldn't work.
