IL IL - East St. Louis, Skeletal remains in vacant home, deceased several months, 12 July 2019

Here are some guys who've been missing for "several months" in the local area. There are many more MPs around St. Louis metro but most seem to be young runaways. Imo, this is likely a homeless person or drug user who found a vacant home to use as shelter.

From the article you linked:

McClellan said of the remains, “just from the looks of the clothing, it could be a male.”

Illinois State Police Violent Crimes unit responded, but McClellan said there are no signs of foul play

Joseph Moore was reported missing from Quincy, IL back in 2005. He would have been 69yo in 2019. I wonder if he owned a shirt from Picture This Photo? I couldn't find any other info on Mr. Moore.
