Okay, I'm frustrated...Logan has had almost 3 years to nail this stuff down as far as dates and what took place. Why hasn't he!

And we are on . . . . Judge asking State to call first witness . . . Logan is being sworn in . . . Logan in a short sleeve light blue collared shirt with grey pants . . . he is age 27,
Logan was sentenced in a crime 3/23/05 . . . he a friend drinking alcohol . .. friend looked in vehicles - stole property from car and Logan was driving "get away car" . .. he helped LE return items. . . in 2009 he absconded - left the State . . . 4 months in jail - he was released from probation for doing the 4 months. . . . friend stole something from him . . . Logan the guy's Wii consol and said he would return it when friend returned his items. . . . Logan sold it at a Pawn shop and received a year's probation for that offense - he is still on probation.
He met EJ in middle school when Logan was 13 or 14 - EJ is twin sister of his friend . . . (trouble with Logan's mike . . . asked to speak up) . . . EJ's twin brother, Robert, is friends with Logan's brother one year younger. . . . Logan ID'd EJ in court.
Romantic relations started after EJ moved back from Boston - her brother (Rbt) moved in with Logan . . . .Logan knew her Gpa (Bob) and met her Gma one time. . . . Rbt moved in with Logan when Logan was about 22 or 23. Logan had a house in scottsdale . . . Rbt talked to Logan about going on a date with EJ . . . she came over to the house when they had get togethers. . . started a relationship in about 2009 . . . they broke up periodically. . . . lived together on and off . . . after Gabriel was born lived together permanently . . . Logan has no other kids than Gabriel . . . . his previous girlfriend of 4 years had a daughter age 6 months when they started dated . . . take her to daycare, feed, diaper, take places, both he and ex took care of the child . . .they still talk now and Logan still talks to the daughter . . . .he doesn't remember exact date when EJ found out she was pregnant. . . . he went to another State . . . they decided to up and move to Arkansas . . . . absconded from probation and didn' tell his PO he was leaving . . . was aware EJ was pregnant at he time . .. . (he didn't have a good job in AZ and got a good job in Arkansas) . . . EJ was experiencing morning sickness during their drive to Arkansas . . . .they moved back to AZ just before Gabriel was born . . . . he went to jail . . . we was on work furlough . . . .allowed out of jail to work and back to jail to sleep . . . air conditioning employer . . . . EJ induced into labor on Friday . . . jail on Fri . . . Sat morning he went to be with her . . . back to jail Sat night . . . held in jail on Sunday May 3, 2009 . . . he was supposed to be @ work not @ hospital . . . .saw Gabriel on Monday first time . . . in jail for a month after Gabriel born . . . she stayed in hosptial a few days after he was born (maybe Wed?) . . . . helped out any way he could while he was @ the house . . .couldn't stay long . . . needed to get to work . . . .EJ's friends came over to help and Logan's Aunt Kathie helped EJ with baby . . . .Gabriel 1 month old when he was released from jail . . . .worked 6-7 in afternoon . . . changed hours to be home @ 4 or 5 in evening . . . Gabriel went to daycare @ age 3 or 4 months. . . . went to daycare M-F and sometimes Saturdays . . . Logan took or picked him up from daycare quite often . . . got up with him changed diaper and brought him to daycare . . . Logan's Dad picked up Gabriel from daycare once @ Logan's request . . . and is a retired Phoenix Police officer of 6-7 years . . . still on the reserve Police officer . . . . they received call from LE wanting to know where Gabrielwas as EJ filed missing child report when Logan Dad picked up Gabriel . . . they had an argument they were living in a trailer home in Tempe . . . they were purchasing the trailer together . . . on the 8th Logan left with Gabriel . . . EJ didn't want child @ the house and told Logan to take him with her . . . Logan had pulled an all nighter @ 99 cent store getting ready for Xmas . . . .working both air conditioning and 99 cent store (began there in Nov) . . .they went to Logan's Gma's in Mesa . . . in a retirement community . . . . they could stay the night there . . . .didn't know where they were going to stay . . .call from Tempe Police officer . . . had to return Gabriel if they had to come to look for him then Logan would be arrested . . . LE met him as Logan didn't want to return to their house . . . .
12/9/09 - Logan went to work (next day) got calls from EJ @ store he was working . . . she wanted to talk to him . . . need to talk about adoption and paperwork and adopting Gabriel out . . . she kept pushing and pushing . . .Logan said NO! EJ was calling the store . . .Logan was stocking at the time and person working the register kept answering phone . . . never heard of TPS . . . EJ showed up @ his work . . . screaming and kicking the office door where Logan was . . . . wanting him to sign paperwork . . . LE questioned her and Logan . . . where Gabriel was and all the family member phone numbers . . . they were going to all family houses as they thought Logan took Gabriel . . . a LEO, Logan's Dad, EJ were at the 99 cent store . . . after 6 or 7 hours they allowed Logan to leave the store and went with Logan's Dad . . . got call @ 3 or 4 am from LEO .. . can't tell you where he is at but we found Gabriel .. . . between 12/9 and 12/11/09 . . .spoke with his Dad about having custody of Gabriel . . . he filed for custody @ courthouse with his Father's help . . . contacted CPS because he didn't know where Gabriel was and EJ wanting to adopt Gabriel out . . . . may have had communications with EJ prior to 12/17/09 on MySpace. . . . told EJ he wanted to have custody of Gabriel . . . met with Alicia Shumway of CPS on 12/17 . . . never was aware of TPS or Jack prior to that . . . . the day before custody hearing (12/16). . . EJ and Logan talked about she wanted to get out and do things .. . she wanted to go back to school and get a job . . . .Logan assumed Gabriel was with TPS and they talked a little bit about them on the 16th . . . agreed to have joint custody but not get back together . . . .he left around 1 or 2 and went to custody hearing with his Dad . . . went into smaller older courtroom like they are in today . . . sat on different sides of the table . . . .Dad was sitting behind Logan . . . prior to 12/17 never met Jack or TPS . . . .any intentions of making allegations to Judge . . . .not other than what was written on paperwork . . . Logan blurted out the whole adoption situation . . . . gave both shared custody and then Logan left . . . . Logan to pick him up early Sunday morning and return Wed morning . . . EJ got Gabriel for Xmas . . . was supposed to have Gab on 12/20/09 on Sunday . . . believes there was paperwork . . . 12/18/09 Friday Logan called to make arrangements to pick up Gabriel on Sunday 12/20 . . . EJ said Logan would never see Gabriel again . . . Logan called the court . . .they advised to carry on and attempt to pick up Gabe on Sunday . . . if she didn't comply then file papers on Monday the 21st. WEnt to pick up Gabriel on 20th . . . Logans Dad came with him and gave Logan a recorder (digital) to record EJ . . . turned on recorder put it in his pocket . . no one @ trailer . . .all clothing gone - he didn't have a key but could see in the windows .. . Logan asks for bathroom break.

I guess prosecution learned from the other trial to expound on some of Logan's testimony.
See, Tammi, you were wrong about so many things....
Logan was working 2 jobs, trying to support his family, until he quit the one.
Logan AND Elizabeth moved into the trailer together and were buying it together - not that EJ moved in there since "no felons" were allowed there.
Logan didn't get a deal in return for testifying against you - he's still on probation.
Logan isn't the big "burglar" you claimed him to be - he got the friend's stolen property to the police, and wouldn't have even been in jail when Gabriel was born had he not taken EJ to Arkansas where he had a better job lined up.

Gabriel's crib, and items were just thrown in shed . . . 12/17/09 during court hearing Paternity was established . . . 12/21(?) Monday . . . EJ had called court asking if she had to follow the judges orders from court . . . that is when Logan got temp. custody order and papers to prove he could take custody if he found Gabe . . . (lost feed)
