The very first address that was entered into EJ's GPS device was a location in Houston. The next few were for the same address for a child care center in SA - even before the motel address was typed in.

So did they investigate the Houston addy?

We are back @ 1:42 pm . . . Judge wants to talk about scheduling . . . passing out calendars - take days off the end they are sure they do not need. . . EJ is smiling . . .hair is down she is flipping hair and pulling behin left ear . . . EJ is intently looking @ calendar (like she has anything else to do IMO). Can eliminate Nov 1,5,6 and Oct 31st . . . can push back to Oct 22 as end date. Tomorrow let them go @ lunch and they get early start to weekend and finish @ lunch tomorrow. Talking about how to make things work . . . no trial on Fridays and week of Oct 8th - 12th was going to be dark. On Oct 5th (week from Friday) are the jurors available to make court date on Fri Oct 5th. One juror has problem. Oct 8th is technically Columbus Day, but court added day after Thanksgiving and took away Columbus day. . . . multiple jurors are not available week of 10/8 thru 10/15. Now can anticipate OCT 22 last day of trial.

Det. Bailey - camera - Nikon coolpics digital camera came in @ same time as GPS device. . . it has a SD (Secure Digital) card . . . removed card and camera itself has settings . . . they turned camera on and looked @ settings, and photos on the card. Settings on camera . . . date & time from camera itself is imbedded on camera . . . it was set on Eastern time zone on camera 3 hr difference. SD card can hold lots of pictures, hundreds of photos from 2009, 2008, & 2007. Focused on timeframe - more recently 12/20 onward. Since 12/20 there were 66 images on that card. Last date was 12/26 - 6 day range. Info was transferred to CD . . . not changing any info - just copy every thing and look @ copies . . . those copies were saved to CD. Primarily 66 images were of Gabriel .. .there were also pics of EJ, Logan and Gabriel. Exhibit #120 - thumbdrive . . . contains images from 66 images. . . . Defense asks for a moment - Judge grants it. Defense and State Atty's talking . . . no objection - this exhibit is admitted and permission to publish granted. . . . EJ biting her lower lip . . . . looking up . . . .State Atty trying make it not blurry but unable to blow it up further. . . . titles of columns . . .. name - several files that look like pics . . .. .DSCN and numbers . . . .it generally numbered in sequential order as camera takes pics . . . size of pic, and type (jpeg) .. . . date and time . . . taken from the file itself imbedded time and date from the camera when file was created. First pic appears to be EJ w/Logan @ hospital . . . 2nd is Logan holding baby, next is dscn 106 - EJ, Logan & infant . . . . next taken 12/20 Baby on bed. . . next 12/21 baby in highchair . . . 12/22 baby in bed, 12/23 baby laying on tummy w/pacifier, 12/24 baby looks tired(drugged), 12/25 8:25 baby on tummy .. . . 12/26/09 7:40 or 7:48 am - baby sleeping on back with pacifier.

Just a sampling of some of the pics on the camera.

A digital recorder (Sony micro digital personal recorder) from Logan. . . . came in few days later . . . . used a program, extracted all recordings on recorder and gave recorder back to Det. . . . . no further questions from State

Defense asks 12/26/09 is that the latest picture found on camera? correct . . . no further pictures on that camera . . .

Juror has some questions for this witness (finally!) Asking counsel please approach . . .

Wenwe, so far, the jury knows that EJ didn't want the baby and didn't want Logan to have the baby. She fled the state with Gabriel rather than turn him over to Logan for the first visitation. They have proof she planned to do this and have seen her statements in the court appearance.

They also know that Tammi Smith got involved in the situation.

I don't know what sort of defense will be given, but from the few questions by her lawyer to Tammi's former friend, they may say that EJ was an innocent who Tammi manipulated.

At this point, I have no idea what the jury will do. I do know that they probably don't like EJ very much. Hey, she went into a sobbing fit at the wrong time! They just showed a bunch of pictures of Gabriel and she didn't blink an eye over it.

In the end, it was EJ who kidnapped the baby.

If you know are the GPS in the same order they are put in by the user?

Answer . . . I do not know.

Can you clarify or confirm cannot verify GPS is actually where it went?

Answer . . . GPS is not high end quality does not say where I actually went, locations, or time but just the address they typed in.

It is not a GPS device that tracks someone's movements?

Answer . . . right . . . just when it is turned on it shows where you are at and where you want to go to.

Do you know who the user of the device was?

Answer . . . no . . no user account or name listed

do yall remember the babysitter that was on NG a nice hispanic young lade who EJ paid 40 dollars to keep the baby while she went out...what was she doing and why pay a sitter if all you are going to do is kill the kid? I so hope she did adopt him out that would be better than the alternative.

I heard somewhere that the motel she was at was notorious for being an adoption hub has anyone else heard that? Also i thought a surveillance tape was captured of EJ and a couple? anyone??

Det. David Larson . . . City of Tempe - 11 yrs . . . now in homicide . . .was patrol officer, did year as burglery det and (another didn't catch). . . .

He was contacted 4:30 afternoon Sunday incident of Missing child . .. trailer S. Priest . . . contacted by Sgt to attend a briefing and got current status of investigation. . . he was asked to talk to Frank McQuery @ the station - Logan was present. ASked Logan if he had any financial info that EJ might have had. He spoke to Malcolm Phipps later that evening and did a search of the trailer to ensure Gabriel was not at that location of the trailer. Obtained consent to search area . . . . ensure Gabriel was not there and if was - unharmed. . . searched cabinets, crawl spaces, shed, flower beds, trash recepticals in the area.

He then went to address in Scottsdale church . . . he looked @ dumpsters @ church . . . he had been provided info he had been disposed of in the trash. . . unable to find Gabriel . . . he spoke w/Det. Ramirez . . . finished his investiation about 1:00 am on Monday. Then Tues 29th he was informed EJ's posting on Myspace page - private user account but profile page was visible . . . a quote and mood change was visible. . . . he looked to see protocol to see when and where change was made. EJ did a mood change and quote . . . .myspace users can create a profile of themselves. . . post pictures and quotes . . . and mood changes. . . . messages and photos are private . . . he was able to see "mood" and "quote". Myspace users can put where everyone can see everything on the page or just certain info to certain people. Showing 3rd page of exhibit was what he was able to view on that date. . . . quote "Kiss My As* Suckar's" and posted "adventurous" as her mood. .(EJ is smiling right now) . . he looked @ IP address . . . . device that accesses internet. Completed an emergency discloure request for Myspace . . . . obtained info back from Myspace on 12/29 3:00 pm - from records owned from Broward Co. School Broward County Library . . . forwarded thru his chain of command . .. . requesting all myspace info . . . next day got info there were 3 new log ins from that user account . . . 12/29 4:32 PST . . . another internet login 12/29 5:36 PST, and 12/30 06:41 am . . . .owned by Atlantic Broadband . . . requested emergency disclosure request he received 2 specific IP addresses from Atlantic Broadband . . . addresses were 2030 20th st Santa Barbara Hostle , . . . second was apt #221 @ Santa Barbara Hostle. These were turned over to Det. Thompson for review. What user's EJ myspace account had been contacting TPS, Logan, Cassie Newman, and Vanessa Lopes . . . . he obtained TPS account info . . . no further questions

I wish that you were right, but then my mind always thinks "Then why would she stay in jail all this time?" I can't find a logical reason why she wouldn't tell LE who has the baby. She'd be in some trouble, but nothing compared to this.

I thought she did in fact kill that poor baby untill I heard about that motel being a place where adoptions were known to occur and coupled with the fact the LE never found his body my only other thought was there would be phone calls that didnt match the known players and if there are none then I dont see how an adoption could have taken place.

I do recall she was seen on tape meeting with a couple and maybe a tall young hispanic male as well, this was 3 years ago on NG so im foggy, hoping this trial will answer those questions.

Tammi is claiming she know nothing about anyone in San Antonio correct? if that is true how would EJ have any connections to anyone in the adoption business?

Det. James Welling . . . City of Tempe . . . computer forensics detective for 3 yrs. . . Arizona LE academy, year long training for computer forensic specialist . .. continual process of training to keep up with technology, computers, cellphones . . . asked to assist to examine cellphone brought back to station - Motorola cellphone. He understood phone was brought back from Miami - EJ's found with her. . . . document phone, pictures of phone, document serial numbers, best method to extract info from that phone. . . cellebrite UFED . . . universal extraction device . . . only able to retrieve contact list in that phone. Other examinations of the phone . . . cellebrite unable to extract automatically. . . .he and another Det . . . manipulate phone scroll thru each screen and Det. took pics of each screen on the phone. There was also a Nokia phone. . . examined by Miami LE . . . he also confirmed what Miami already found on that phone . . incoming and outgoing calls on that phone. Cellebrite puts extracted data into a user friendly report. Sim card allows phone to be used on network . . . data stored on that device also . . . . last 4 pages have the Evoke cellphone info. . . . exhibit #121 admitted - permission to publish. first 3 pages of report Nokia GSM phone, incoming calls date/time, and duration of call. . . . also listing of outgoing calls listing same info. Missed calls on the phone @ that time. 4th page report for just the simcard inside the phone only not on phone's internal memory. last pages of report was motorola contact list - all numbers stored in memory of that phone. Assisted in other tasks on this investigation. Followed up tips and briefed other LE involved in this case. He assisted in search of TPS home, role during search warrant to determine any devices in that residence to identify any items in that home relelvant to this case. . . took TPS blackberry cellphone. No further questions from State, Defense nor jurors

I found an article with some of the details you mentioned but I'm not sure it is from a credible source so I hesitate to link it. I have my doubts about this particular theory. If you google

Everything I've read about the Homegate being a "notorious hotel for illegal adoptions" all comes from an unnamed source (some adoption expert who refused to be identified). So ... to me it's b.s. IMO

Same thing about the "hispanic couple" ... unnamed sources, etc. Just b.s. IMO
