FL FL - Cieha Taylor, 28, dropped off bf, car found on tracks, Plant City, 6 Feb 2020 *Reward*

At approximately 4 p.m. on February 6, Cieha Taylor, 28, left a residence on Cowart Road in Plant City after dropping off her boyfriend. Taylor’s vehicle was later found abandoned on the railroad tracks at East Trapnell Road, just west of Jap Tucker Road. Taylor has not been seen since.

Taylor's car is a black 2 door Toyota Solara with faded paint. It was parked on the railroad track on Trapnell Rd sometime after 4:00pm on 2/6/20. Deputies located the vehicle on the railroad tracks at 7pm.

This case is very strange. Not only do I find it odd that her car was left on the railroad tracks, but all of her belongings were left in the car while it was running.

Authorities tell 8 On Your Side Cieha Taylorwas leaving a home around the corner on Cowart Road on Feb. 6 in the late afternoon. Early that evening family says a law enforcement officer found her black 2000 Toyota Solaris sitting empty on some railroad tracks; the engine running. It was moved to the side of the road a few feet, turned off, and left with the Cieha’s things inside.

“Her keys, her phone, her license, her debit card, everything was in her vehicle. If anyone knows Cieha, Cieha never leaves her cell phone,” said Cieha’s sister-in-law Porshia.

Arrest within the last year for Grand Theft. CIEHA A TAYLOR Inmate 226871: Pasco County Jail near New Port Richey, FL Very recent drug charges which are currently an open felony (search Pasco Co. Family searches for Dade City woman gone missing in Plant City

“She was dropping the boyfriend off. The boyfriend and his friend were the last people to see her as far as we know,” said Porshia Taylor.

“Her keys, her phone, her license, her debit card, everything was in her vehicle. If anyone knows Cieha, Cieha never leaves her cell phone,” said Cieha’s sister-in-law Porshia.

“We’re just hoping and praying that she is still alive and that she’s out there and she safe, she’s not in pain, she’s not hurt, no one’s holding her against her will,” said Porshia to 8 On Your Side’s Marco Villarreal.

Family and friends have searched the area several times; including the woods near the railroad tracks. They’re asking if anyone has seen Cieha or knows what may have happened to reach out to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office. The number to call is 813-247-8200.

When reading through her facebook last night she does have a posts that mention addiction and recovery. But it seems in 2018-19 she was doing well in her recovery. Seeing her arrest for drugs (i'm assuming pills because the arrest states "without a prescription") makes me fearful that she had a relapse. Just reminds me of Paighton Houston. Missing, found deceased from an OD, and placed somewhere by another person. So hoping shes found safe and can begin again in recovery.

Investigators need help locating missing Plant City woman

ABC Action News spoke with her mother, Canitha, of Dade City, who says despite rumors of suicidal comments, she believes her daughter could be in trouble.


It has been 19 days without communications, no calls or texts, according to Canitha.

Cieha usually stays with her boyfriend in Plant City but does not have any other family in the area.
