I heard on the radio Sunday that there was a balloon release at the location the 3 friends were gunned down near the lake that was well attended.

7/22/20 Update: All three suspects will have first appearance hearings at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2020.
7/23/20: Public defender waived the reading of charges for each individual. Each defendant spoke only to confirm they understood their charges. Whittemore’s bond set at $45K for each count of accessory & must wear GPS monitor upon release & she can’t get public defender due to conflict of interest with TJ’s public defender & is to appear on 7/24/20 at 10am with new attorney for questioning under state subpoena. Scheduled to be deposed at the Sheriff's office. Public Defender's office trying to find a private attorney for her that accepts state appointments & the issue came up during yesterday's first appearance. They were expediting the attorney request because MW needed representation before the depo. And arraignment on 8/24/20 @ 1pm. Motion to withdraw of Counsel-Conflict of Interest (RC Ehrhardt); notion/demand for discovery & Order withdrawing & appointing counsel-assistant public defender Peter Nathan Mills; Order rescinding order appt. office of criminal conflict & civil regional counsel & appt.

Hi @Niner -- I checked the docket and there was no hearing for M Whittemore on 8/24.

Instead, on 8/20, her lawyer entered a not guilty plea, requesting a trial by jury.

TJ no bond & arraignment set for 8/26/20 @ 1pm. 7/24/20: Appointed public defender Peter Nathan Mills. Charged with 2 counts of Nuisance injurious to health & combined with other case.
7/24/20 Update: Motion to withdraw as counsel due to conflict of interest by Howard L. “Rex” Dimmig II. 7/28/20: Order granted. 7/30/20: Written plea of not guilty.
*Arrested & charged (3/14/20) & arraigned (6/5/20) with 2nd degree aggravated battery (person uses a deadly weapon) & 3rd degree aggravated assault (deadly weapon w/o intent to kill). Plead not guilty. Bond $6K. Bonded out on 3/16/20. Bond was cancelled (7/22/20).
TJ Wiggins was recently arrested in March 2020 for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon & aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (Road rage-Tire iron case) and was released on bond. Due to the fact that he committed crimes while out on bond, he violated his pretrial release conditions, and a Parker vs. State hold was applied (meaning he is not allowed to bond out on the new charges).
3/16/20 Update: first appearance, bond set. Hearings for 4/14 & 6/2 were reset for 6/5/20 as arraignment hearing. 3/23/20: granted pretrial release. 6/4/20: written plea of not guilty. 6/17/20 Update: Pretrial hearing on 7/30/20. 7/24/20: Motion to withdraw as counsel due to conflict of interest by Howard L. Dimmig II. 7/28/20: Order Motion to withdraw-granted. 7/30/20 Update: Hearing was cancelled. Case will be consolidated with murder charge case.
