She still sticks by the story of someone else did it and they pinned it on them because of the type of people they are. But I know for a fact that the day Grady Judd released their names, baby mama had a 30 min (alone) conversation with Robert before they were arrested. I think Robert told her what happened because when she left, she hauled butt with their son. TJ almost killed her when she was pregnant with her daughter a few years ago. And even she continues to stick up for him.

*Motions Hearing (Murder & Firearms charges) (@ 10:30am ET) - FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23), Keven Michael Springfield (30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof) for *Tony Lee J. “TJ” Wiggins, Jr. (26/now 28) aka John L. Wiggins arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) & indicted (9/30/20) with 3 counts of 1st degree capital murder, tampering with evidence (F3), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (F-2) & possession of ammunition by a convicted felon (F-2). Plead not guilty. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Trial set to begin on 4/3/23.

5/24/22 Update: Next motions hearing on 6/2/22.
*Arrested & charged (3/14/20) & arraigned (6/5/20) with 2nd degree aggravated battery (person uses a deadly weapon) & 3rd degree aggravated assault (deadly weapon w/o intent to kill). Plead not guilty. Bond $6K. Bonded out on 3/16/20. Bond was cancelled (7/22/20).

*Charged (12/29/21) & arraigned (2/1/22) with battery on a LE officer, Michael Felton Sumner on 12/27/21 did actually & intentionally touch or strike Sumner. Plead not guilty.

Made the comment last night to RW’s baby mama that when TJ goes to trial next year I want to go. She said she does too. Her new baby will be a year old almost at that point so we should be able to go. Technically she’s “family”. I want to hear the evidence in person. I may tweet court tv and see if they are planning on airing it on TV.. I haven’t heard anything.

Is that circle something you should be concerned about? For example, how would she react if she sees you posting here and/or live tweeting from the trial.

She knows where I stand on it. I’ve made it clear. And I wouldn’t “live tweet” from the trial, I’d post my opinions on it afterwards and the things that happened.

*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 1pm ET) - FL – Damion Allen Tillman (23) Keven Michael Springfield (30) & Brandon Cyril Rollins (27) (July 17, 2020, Frostproof) - for *William "Robert" Wiggins (21/now 23) TJ's bro arrested (7/21/20) & charged (7/23/20) with 3 counts of accessory after the fact of a capital felony & 1 count of tampering with evidence. $15K bond for accessory & $1K for tampering charge & charged (7/23/20) & indicted (9/30/20) with 2 counts of nuisance injurious to health. Plead not guilty. Bond $45K accessory ($15K for each count), $1K for tampering & $500 ($250 for each count) for nuisance. Bonded out, all Surety bonds @ $46,500 on 8/7/20. Violated bond conditions, back in jail 8/20/20. Bond denied (7/27/21) & denied bond (4/18/22).

4/18/22 Update: Judge Lori Winstead denied Wiggins' request was denied bond; this is the second time Wiggins has been denied bond. Next pretrial hearing on 4/19/22. 4/19/22 Update: Hearing was deleted. Next pretrial hearing on 6/7/22. Motion granted to transport William from the South County Jail to the office of the State attorney for the purposes of taking his deposition for Tony's case on 8/18/22 @ 12:30pm. 5/10/22: Supplemental Discovery. 5/11/22: Supplemental Discovery.

On the Hearing list it doesn't have any new info. But, when you look on the Docket and open the "snapout" document, it has what appears to be 7/26/22 at 1pm on the Pretrial line, if I'm reading that correctly.
